Horrible!! We were renovating our bath so didn't open the box until after the return window closed, and they shipped us two LEFT pieces for the tissue holder - so one has to be installed with the set screw facing UP. So almost TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS for such nice hardware, and all I can see is that ugly set screw. NOT happy. EDIT: contacted the hardware company direct and they sent a replacement after I proved the problem with photos. And the replacement ALSO has two left pieces so that the right one has to be installed screw-side up!

Great Quality
The polished brass Restoration 4 piece bathroom hardware set is of great quality. They really go nicely with the Manhattan Kingston Brass faucets used in our master remodel. Solid, heavy weight on all pieces. They are firmly attached to the wall. I'm happy with this purchase.
Good product for the Money
These are nice items but the overall quality could be better. They generally work great and look great. Installation was easy enough but the towel rod did dent a bit when bumped into by the kids.
In the process of building out a space for my mother and she likes polished brass. It wasn’t easy to find bath hardware in polished brass that was reasonably priced, in stock, not too modern, elegant and a touch decorative. This Kingston Restoration collection checked all the boxes. This 4 piece set is made out of solid brass and has a nice weight to it. We haven’t installed it yet, as per the photo, but each piece is packaged well and expect it will complement the other polished brass finished knobs etc. nicely.
Elegant
The shiny chrome is complimentary with the other chrome I purchased for our bathroom. It is sturdy. The double rack was too wide but that was my fault for not measuring. I love the double door hook.
