The brass is a little too shiny - not perfect but OK for the price point. Looks a teensy bit cheap.

Horrible!! We were renovating our bath so didn't open the box until after the return window closed, and they shipped us two LEFT pieces for the tissue holder - so one has to be installed with the set screw facing UP. So almost TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS for such nice hardware, and all I can see is that ugly set screw. NOT happy. EDIT: contacted the hardware company direct and they sent a replacement after I proved the problem with photos. And the replacement ALSO has two left pieces so that the right one has to be installed screw-side up!

Love this hardware set! The style is exactly was looking for, Kingston brass is always a go to for me!

Very attractive set for a secondary bath. Good weight and smooth finish. Mounting hardware is pretty flimsy but easy to install. The pieces are a good size.

Nice quality and easy to install. The brass is a nice rich color.

The shiny chrome is complimentary with the other chrome I purchased for our bathroom. It is sturdy. The double rack was too wide but that was my fault for not measuring. I love the double door hook.

Very nice, good quality! I am concerned about about the finish wearing off after time in a high humidity space and did ask Wayfair to find out but I have not heard back from them quite yet.

Avoid this garbage. Hand towel holders come with plastic pieces in places that look terrible, but it won’t function with them removed. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

This suite of bath fixtures is perfect in elegantly restored new bathrooms- all from Wayfair. I had to return an item, due to color, & customer service was so helpful & the return so easy.

Very cheaply made. Also scratched and bent when removing from packaging. Do not recommend.
