product is very nice, but was simply thrown in a cardboard boxer delivery- , no wrapping or box for the product. Also, had some spots on it that were not normal patina- as if the brass wasn't solid or had been removed by something. Also, inside the box were installation instructions for a towel bar- not tp holder :/

This arrived just as the picture was shown and also how it was described. It looks simple to put up, but I just haven't gotten around to installing it where I intended. Maybe one day, I will.

Loved the unique look and concept of this bathroom toilet tissue holder. Well made and solid. Would have given it five stars, but I had purchased the satin nickel finish color and it looked more gray than a nickel finish. May exchange for the polished nickel. Overall great piece!

Quality product BUT delivery was an issue and product came without any directions. Had to go back on line to find and print directions. Not a complicated installation BUT set screw at the bottom is difficult to turn and therefore frustrating to install.
holds up well, we use our PTs a lot and it hasn't budged.
Worth the price
Simple but elegant and just what I wanted in my kitchen. A little pricey maybe but great quality
