Sturdy , nice quality, wish the arms were a little longer to accommodate hand towels

These took several weeks to arrive. When they did, one had a bent arm. Wayfair customer service was responsive and sent a replacement, although that took several more weeks. When it arrived, it was not the same size as the first one. These shipped directly from the maker, so the error is on their end, Not Wayfair’s. The pieces are nice looking and heavy, but tapas you move the arms, they become looser over time.

Vendor shipped poorly packaged, one was dented and the base has a "sticker" of black felt like bottom that was crooked and not applied properly. They did replace with my returning the damaged one of the tow ordered. It will also not be a good substance for a bathroom vanity that will get wet. It should be a rubber type material product. This is a pricey item, took a very long time to receive. I expected better

This was the ideal towel rack for my new bathroom. Perfect height for the hand towel and washcloth. It’s heavy and very stable. The brushed nickel matches my fixtures perfectly. I highly recommend this towel rack!

I bought this towel holder in black to match the rest of my bathroom fixtures. I was very disappointed to discover that it was shorter than listed in the description. It is listed as 15" and it is only 14.5". My hand towels are too long to hang on the highest bar so they droop on the counter. Otherwise, the towel bar is well constructed and is the style that I wanted. But if your hand towels are 28.5" or more, I would not recommend.

Beautifully crafted. Very heavy - it definitely will not fall over! The bottom is covered with a nice, thick pad to protect my countertop, which I appreciate, having had to add my own to other items, including table lamps from Perigold, thay are not as well finished. It came carefully packed and scratch free. The arms swivel, but not freely, which means they will stay in place when towels are removed. Highly recommend.

I bought this towel stand in bronze for my kitchen. The quality is impeccable! It's a really unique stand and is weighted very well to keep it in place and not tip over. I LOVE it!

Had in bathroom and color started to shift, darken and look smudgy..

I looked at hundreds of towel stands for quite some time. This was one of the few that offered 3 arms. Lots of finishes to choose from. It is perfect for my kitchen sink. Using this means I didn't have to put holes in my cabinets to mount a towel holder.
