Horrible customer service! Seriously makes me wonder about every purchasing from Wayfair Professional again! We purchased this vanity for our kids bathroom remodel. Due to COVID, the remodel got pushed for more than six months. When we finally installed the vanity, we realized the slow close drawers don't slow close at all, and one of the drawers came completely off its track. Since the design of this vanity doesn't allow access to the back (the drawers are not removable?) we'd have to cut holes in the interior side to attempt to fix the drawer, which is completely unusable. When I asked WP Customer Service they said it was out of the warranty period and we were stuck with it. So now we have a six-drawer vanity, that only has five working drawers, most of which need to be forcibly closed (as in pushed really hard) rathe than slow close for the kids. You can guess where this is going with an 8 -year old as main user!

Allied brass is extremely high quality solid brass! The bar has great design and craftsmanship. The design has lots of Tasteful details. Highly recommended

This product rocks. It’s difficult to fi d a 36 inch bar. This looks super cool in a rustic type bathroom. Very well made and worth the money.
