One piece had cheap plastic insert which broke off as I opened package making the one piece useless.

Good product

This is a solid product. I wish I would have purchased in the first place instead of a cheaper both from Home Depot that only cost just under $10. This finish on these are nice, and they feel solid and heavy. The cheaper brand that I purchased fell apart when you slid the bolt too far. You get what you pay for, and this product is worth the money.

very flimsy not solid

Provided were “soft” screws so it was easily stripped. And you have to find the correct screw head to fit the mold of the plate or the door will not close correctly. What was not provided was the instructions which contributed to the Poor rating.

Cheap quality

Did not even use a power drill to screw into the door and 2 of the screws snapped. The metal is really low quality and not strong at all.

We used this for locks on a pair of wooden casement windows we restored. The original hardware of the house is copper so we were pleased to find these in copper. They installed quickly and they look nice. My only complaint is that the copper color of the bolt was a different color from the screws and the catch that secures the bolt. Once I removed the finish with acetone and steel wool it looked much better, but if you aren't wanting to remove the finish to let it age and look closer to existing hardware, it could be annoying that the colors are a little different. Overall this was a good product and we would purchase it again if we had more casements.

Poor color, never have seen Antique Brass hardware looking so silver, not one bit of brass color anywhere. Buyer beware

Great quality and beautiful product.

Perfect for stylishly securing our original, somewhat-less-than-secure original 1926 windows. These are hard to find and I was so glad that I did, in exactly the oil-rubbed bronze color to match the other hardware in the foyer. Yay Wayfair!
