Well those little plugs for the top of the faucet were missing in the package.

I installed 2 of these & I'm really disappointed. I had no problem with the set screws to take the knobs on & off. However, the instructions say to turn plastic nut clockwise to increase run time. I tightened them down all the way with no real very little change (about 14 seconds). If I took the nut completely out they would run a little over 10 seconds.

This product has saved me a load of money on my water bill. Easy to install . Took me thirty minutes (with no prior experience ) to put this together by myself . As a mom Im all about saving money where I can and having auto shut off is perfect for my toddler. Quality has held up excellently for 6 months and counting.

These things always leak right out of the top the stems. You tear them apart and try to fix them and there will be nothing wrong with them.

It has exceeded my expectations so far thank you for a great product, what i dislike is i had to special order this product you should have some of these in your store ready to go
