Side rails had not been cut to specs at factory.

When our contractor came to install the doors, it was discovered that the frame was 3 1/4” too long. He contacted the manufacturer who basically said it was supposed to be cut at the factory and our contractor would have to deal with it. No apology for the mistake.

FRUSTRATION

Once installed it good BUT the instructions for installation were POOR at best.

Good purchase just need some instructions!

Product was good quality but no instructions included for installation.

Rollers are already attached.

Replaced a brass set of doors with the polished nickel look with the clear glass, immediately providing a more contemporary look to the master bedroom bathroom. Installation went smoothly after I discovered the rollers were already attached to the doors. Took a couple of days to install only because we thought the rollers had been left out of the package. I discovered the rollers by chance after my friend had already left. The quality look of the finished product made this a very good investment.

Cheap Engineering, cheap door, not so cheap price

Bottom rail need screw to fasten, but none provided and very difficult to do. Handles are not screwed to the doors, just push on the door...cheap design and engineering.

We were remodeling the basement shower in our Montana mountain home. Our plans called for a rebuild of the shower to include a shower door. We shopped all around and finally found and ordered this one through Lowes. Arizona is a company with one of their locations in Oregon. That was important later...
