Disappointing

I boughts this kitchen faucet for our full house renovation because it was stainless, to match my appliances, the design was simple and it looked beautiful in the photos. I wanted something that didn't take up a lot of space because our kitchen sink is in the island not around the perimeter. I chose the Brizo in part because I had the option to make the on/off handle a different color. The faucet is brushed stainless and the handle is gold and the contrast between them is almost non-existent. I wanted a mixed metal look and if you don't look up close, it's almost impossible to see that they're different colors. The second thing I don't like is at the hot is at the bottom and the cold is at the top. There's a very faint C—H designation on the handle that indicates this. You can hardly see it. Just like hot is typically on the right and cold is on the left, when it's an up/down situation, the hot should be at the top and the cold at the bottom. It isn't and it just weird. I like the stainless finish, the u-shaped design and spray button on the pullout, but I would never purchase a Brizo faucet again.

Slow leak after a few months and poor handle design.

Aesthetically beautiful, pull down works nicely, but within a few months there has been a slow leak coming from the spout. We've tightened everything and always ensure that the handle is pushed fully against the faucet. The handle is also not a single casted piece, so when water drips down from the handle bar in up 12 o'clock position, there is hard water build up in the joining crack that is impossible to clean. Certainly not the quality you expect from a $640 faucet.
