Item purchased from homedepot.com was defective and leaked. This was unfortunately discovered after paying a professional to install it. We are very saddened by this and VERY unhappy with Home Depot and how they DO NOt take care of their customers. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE when I called.

Never again. This was a waste of $180.

Because Home Depot had none of these in-store, we ordered online. What we really needed was the riser and faucet for our Victorian clawleg tub.

I have a cast iron tub that I love. The Barclay fits my decor. The product was hard to find, but efaucets had it online. I am very glad that I could find what I needed.

A decent system.

My previous bath system had a gooseneck spout and no shower. The faucet was installed through the tub, so I had to have a system that kept the potable water above the tub line. The faucet and shower pipe attached easily to my existing system. There were only two problems with this system. One was that, although it was high enough for my wife at 5'9", it did not quite do the job for me or our roommate (6'0" and 6'3"). We got around this problem by purchasing a four inch pipe and some connectors (couldn't get chrome a chrome connector, so had to go with brass). The other problem was the double threaded bolt that connects the shower to the wall. It is 6 inches, I needed about 2. I cannot speak about the shower head itself as we purchased a different fixture with a moveable hose-arm.
