This model is different from previous Moen faucets. The valve stems are easier to install and the pop up drain is a major improvement. PDF & YouTube instructions are on the Moen website. Very happy with my installation.
Love the new spigot!
I recently installed my new Moen Faucet and love the way it looks! It’s an improvement over the previous (generic) faucet. This one does not drip, has separate controls for hot or cold water, the neck of the spigot moves around the sink, and best of all, it looks great in the bathroom sink! Now it makes me want to update the rest of the bathroom! And I’ve already started with new towel racks. Thank you, Moen!
Attractive and reasonably priced
We recently purchased three of these faucets to replace three Kohler faucets, two of which were leaking. We had a plumber install them. They are attractive and I like the higher arch so it is easier to reach the water. The handle base is narrower than our previous handle so we had to clean up the counter there before installing. Also, I didn't realize the handle base is plastic and not metal. Not an issue, but I was a little surprised. I'm sure that helps keep the cost down.
Happy with Purchase
I’m very happy with my purchase. My contractor shared that he’s used this same product at many houses and has had a couple of families mention that they’ve had issues after awhile, so I’m glad I registered my purchase in case that happens. But so far, no issues for me.
Great Addition to the Delta Porter Towel Rack Accessory Sets. Purchased '3' of these faucets + new water supply lines. Very Easy / Simple Install. Looks Great ! Obvious DELTA Quality ! Needs Silicone when Installing Drain cover. Exceptional Quality and Value !
Great until it wasn’t
This Moen faucet in antique bronze was great in the beginning. We had it installed 9 years ago and it the finish has corroded away in multiple places. We live in a 100 year old house with many original fixtures. We thought this Moen faucet would stand the test of time as well. I do not recommend this faucet.
Questionable design
The water valves and faucet spout are designed to be affixed directly to the basin, with no gasket or seal between them. Bare metal directly on ceramic, with just silicon sealer in between. Never saw that before. Hard to get them to seat properly without just squishing around. But the worst thing was the thin, flimsy rubber seal on the drain, to be used without plumbers putty. Couldn't get this to seat properly without leaking. Took this back and got a Pfister, which worked much better.
Good looking faucet
Installed faucet on a newly installed vanity top. Overall I liked the faucet and not the drain. Install went ok for the faucet, but like many reviews the drain supplied leaked and was difficult to seal. Didn't like the plastic stopper. I would have paid more for the unit to get a better drain unit and stopper.
Simple instructions and easy to install. I always trust Moen both for there customer service and the way they stand behind their products. I have a Moen faucet in another bath that's been there over 20 years and still works perfectly. This Moen purchase is replacing a cheaper faucet brand in which the handles froze up after only 2 years. Moen costs a bit more but is worth every penny.
Great fsucet. Hard to install.
The faucet looks and works great. It was very difficult to install, requiring two people. The nuts to tighten the controls and spout are hard to get to, ans are hard to hold in place while the nuts are being tightened.
Stylish Faucet
Purchased 2 of these a month ago for a remodel. Faucets are stylish and look good in the color black. So far, no leaks or problems. Seem sturdy and durable.
Best product in 10 years!!!
I recently installed four Banbury faucets in my home. My hat is off to the engineers. It was a snap. The smaller profile of the Mounting ring to include hex-phillips screws made the tightening of the faucets so easy. Additional, the quick connect hose was a feat of engineering. Plus the simplicity of design turns heads. A great faucet for the times.
The Moen Banbury is a replacement for my older bathroom faucets. Its a better design and easier to install than others I've done. I thank Indiana Hom

Didn’t realize it was a push down drain or I wouldn’t have bought it. Should have asked someone but none were nearby and I don’t walk well. I had bought another cheaper one, Glacier Bay, a long time ago at Home Depot waiting for a plumber to install it. When the plumber was installing it, the faucet was plastic and he couldn’t get the water to stream. He said it was plastic and worthless. He told me to purchase a Delta or Moen. It cost $375 to install it. Another plumber told me he wouldn’t install it because it would wreck the countertop. I had to find this plumber who would install a faucet.
The faucet is beautiful. This is a replacement faucet. The original faucet was leaking. The plumber could not fix it. Said the Moen faucets are the worse to work on.
Replaced all our bathroom faucets with Banbury
Our old faucets needed replacing, and I was delighted to find Banbury. It was the style and brushed nickel that I wanted. My bathroom sinks are like new.
Nice Faucet!
I just installed it today. My wife loves it !! High quality components, great directions with detailed pics. Might have to stick with Moen, over Delta.
My wife and I like the appearance of this faucet that was just recently installed. However, I am very bothered by the fact that the waterspout is leaking which should not be the case for a brand New faucet. Please advise what needs to be done to stop the constant leaking. I don't want to uninstall the faucet and return it if possible. Please provide a solution that won't cost me more money to fix.
Really nice faucet.
Just installed my new faucet and it was an easy process. Took longer to get the old one out than to put this one in. I love the compression connections. The finish is really nice and doesn’t show spots or finger prints. Would recommend it.
Fantastic Upgrade
While the looks alone should help you decide on this purchase, the updated materials should be the final push. Taking out the 10 year old facets that worked fine and dandy was just a design choice. But installing these, which was very simple so long as you have tools and access. And working with the update components is wonderful. No more globs of plumbers putty. These have seals. No more yanking up to block the drain, just press and it clicks. No more ugly fixtures. If you know what youre doing its 20-30 minutes. If you don’t, it’s 45-90. But well worth.
