The faucets are beautiful. However, we're having a leaking problem with one. They are very nice quality for the price. Definitely have the waterfall affect. There came in two packages. One of the boxes was completely mashed on one side. Thank goodness it didn't damage the faucet.

Leaking out of the handle… contacted home depot they will not replace it unless I bring it back to the store… closes one is 110 miles away its been hooked up for 3 days and started leaking

Beautiful faucet. I needed to use the dremmel tool to widen my 1 1/8in hole just a bit to fit the hoses. included hoses measure 20in, too short for my application No drain plug included. The faucet can be noisy, at both low flow rates and high.

Love it! I was worried about water pressure with this style of faucet but the water pressure is great! My sink is on the small side but the facet fits the vanity perfectly

This faucet is gorgeous! I found the instructions easy to follow and as the sink was brand new I installed it first before setting the sink in place. This faucet come with hot/cold supply lines. The water pressure out of the sink is fantastic.

While they don't include drains, considering the price, they're still well worth it. You can easily find affordable popup drains to complement them.

I recently left a review for this faucet expressing my disappointment with what I initially perceived as a defect in the glass feature. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the rapid response from the BWE faucet team, who promptly replaced the item. I'm truly grateful for their exceptional customer service and the effective solution they provided. It's rare to encounter a company that stands behind their products after the sale, but BWE went above and beyond my expectations. I have no doubt that I will choose this faucet again when I renovate my other bathroom.

Garbage

Looks amazing but not as functional as you would think. Mine leaked out of the top (under the handle.) Can’t return it and can’t reach the manufacturer to warranty it

Pretty design, Chinese MFG lacks quality control.

I bought 4 of these for 4 sinks. Received and installed, one leaked out the top under the handle. I've replaced it now 3 times, each leaked under the handle. So, eating into Lowes profits, keep replacing defective with new defective and maybe I'll get lucky and receive one that works. Probably going to run out of faucets soon, so no, I wouldn't recommend although it is pretty.

Not a NEW faucet!

When my plumber looked at the bottom of this, supposedly new, faucet he found scratches and rust inside the connection holes. Makes me think someone returned this and it was rewrapped and sold as new.

A different take on what a faucet can be.

Pretty straight forward install. All of the associated piping is well indicated. I will say it's a smart thing to put shut off / regulating valves on the inlet side of the piping as at full pressure the velocity coming out of the faucet is impressive. I dialed mine back with the aforementioned valves to give it a less violent flow.

Update on my issue

I wrote a review on this faucet a few weeks ago. I was disappointed in what I thought was a defect in the glass feature. I received a rapid response from the bwe faucet team and I'm happy to say they replaced it. I deeply appreciate the customer service team and the solution they offered. It is rare to see a company support their products after the sale, but this company went above and beyond. I will definitely purchase this faucet again when I renovate my other bathroom.
