American Standard is a great company with great products and these faucets are a fine example. No more faucets left on and money going down the drain. These work great and easy to instal.

We installed these in our men's and ladies rooms. All feedback has been mostly positive. The only negative thought was that the spigot didn't line up with the drain. Which is NO FAULT of the faucet, it is the hole in the countertop!

Don't listen to other reveiw

Bad instillation practices, not flushing the lines prior to installation, is the reason for the previous reviews problems. Would happen with any product. We have used these at many of our facilities with no problem.

Touchless Faucet

Expensive but purchased because it is a trusted brand. It was difficult for my experienced contractor to install but it was eventually successful, although we could only hook up to either hot OR cold water, not both. Regardless, it worked very well for the first two weeks before it started leaking from the spout. We have no idea why and had to shut the water supply off in order for it to stop.

have a unit in my place of business and its failure rate over the last year has kept going up...the failure rate is terrible....my unit is about 1.5 years old...now I am faced with a major replacement cost
