Beautiful trim for my master shower from Kohler! Looks beautiful, but haven't installed yet!

I didn't realize that the handle has a bulge where it meets the base and I find it very clunky and unattractive looking. I am going to return it so it was never installed.

Kohler came good

Kohler reached out after my negative review and I am satisfied with their customer service. They definitely stand by their products and customer service. Additionally, the technical aspect of this faucet is faultless. And once wiped down, the smudges do go away.

Looks and works well. Very attractive with the Hydrorail fixture.

Finish is terrible

Zero stars for brushed nickel finish, water spots are TERRIBLE, simply HORRIBLE, picture shown is from 1 time/1st time use after an extensive and expensive remodel. The same problem with Kohler brushed nickel sink faucets, really horrid quality on the finish. I have to give this zero stars because the finish is just as important as the technical quality. Very disappointed.

I recently remodeled my bathrooms with Kohler Purist faucets/handles. I planned the same for my showers, but thought twice after reading Purist shower handle reviews. I went with Toobi. One piece handle w/solid metal construction at half the price.

Honestly the Kohler faucets are really excellent. Recently I remodeled my bathrooms and replaced several faucets which have been used for 20 years and still works every well, but their styles are out of date.

Kohler website was easy to navigate and telephone support readily available for any questions. Excellent customer service and the product arrived timely with easy to follow instructions. The vales have been in-place for two months and we are very pleased.

Shower Valve works great!

I love the look of the shower valve. It adds extra class to the shower finish overall, and it works perfectly. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Works great

The shower handle looks and works well and I have had no problems with it. The finish stays shiny. The quality is excellent. My only criticism is the handle is very narrow and could be larger. However, it does not effect the function of the handle.

Beautiful, contemporary trim for new pool shower

I purchased this trim to go along with the attached shower for a new pool bath. I didn't know the shower head had a bluetooth speaker incorporated into it, but it has been a great hit with guests. The entire unit is very sleek and looks beautiful.
