Cheap plastic pieces for the money.

Surprised they only supply plastic pieces instead of metal. Disappointing…

Very pleased with ease of installation and overall quality of the product with one exception: the brushed nickel bezel for the handle is made of plastic. I don't think that is going to stand the test of time and probably scratch too easily.

Looked great, contractor put Delta fittings in the wall so I couldn’t use the Kohler.

It’s okay , looks good but works just ok

I haven't used this yet because our remodeling starts tomorrow. However, this is the product we used in Ca. and wanted one for us. The local stores said that it would take 6-9 weeks to receive the product. You shipped it right away and it arrived the next week. Thanks.

It's Plastic

Save your money. For $650, I expect an all-metal shower fixture. It's mostly plastic! The base plate is plastic, and the shower and handheld shower are all plastic. Cheap cheap cheap. Returning two fixtures.
