After searching a lot for a good brang kitcjen faucet, I finally found this Kohler in Walmart online at a great discount, I received it in 5 days free shipping and install it next day to confirm its quality. After two weeks is performin great, is equivalent to similar ones at 3x its price. I recomment it 100%.

5 Years and Faucet Still Going Strong

We installed this faucet 5 years ago, and it is still going strong. I thought it might be time to write a review. Just this past summer, the plastic piece on the pull-out sprayer broke. Kohler shipped another from the U.S. for free (plus they were very friendly and helpful on the phone, with identifying the part to be shipped). True, we had to wait a week and a half for the replacement part to arrive (the faucet was totally usable in the meantime), but at least it was only 1 issue in 5 years. We happen to live just a 5-minute drive away from a different MAJOR plumbing supplier, and it used to be fast to get their replacement parts, but I was over there every second year getting replacement parts. Their brand was not as reliable; this Kohler faucet has held up a lot better. I would recommend this brand and will purchase from them again, if ever needed.

Got features we wanted

Bought it in November 2020. Liked it and loved it from day one. Easy to pull and retract without installing weight over feeder hose. liked magnetic lock for docking spray head. However after 18 months spray head started to act on its own; switching from stream to partial spray and making load noise. Not sure how to get help from manufacturer. Kohler web site has replacement head available, doe warranty covers it?

Sleek and attractive-(but leaks)

Purchased our Alma faucet as part of our kitchen makeover. Worked great for 18 months or so, then started to leak at the "ball joint" connecting the tube to the spray head. R45350-SD-VS (Lowes item # 812728). How can I get a replacement hose? Thank you.

Alma Low Flow

Similar issue as others after about 6 months. Flow ebbed to the point where the spray button will not hold. I did the water flow test suggested in other reviews and it's not the head. Same time for head on/off at about 1 gallon in 48". House pressure is 70psi. So, for the life of me, cannot find a flow restrictor. The other interesting point is the first 1-star review that said the spray angle will get you wet. That's a fact. We love the look, and we wanted that look for the Holiday Season. We are now going to have to look for other options.

Seriously Disappointed

We bought the faucet, soap dispenser and a matching air gap. We also bought a matching faucet for the under sink RO system. The set up is pretty; however the spray feature cannot be used because it just spreads water everywhere. I do list of the dishes and used to love to use spray. Alas, no more. Yes it has the bold look of Kohler, but the bold look doesn’t equate with quality. Had this installed by our contractor on Thursday, and it malfunctioned on Monday—four days later. I don’t want Kohler to send us a replacement part on a new purchase. Now I have to pay my contractor, since it was no fault of his, a second time, to install a new faucet. It certainly will not be made by Kohler.

Love the look

This is such a beautiful faucet I absolutely love the look & the the features are perfect for me. We remodled our kitchen in our vacation home and I bought the faucet in July of 2017 and had installed in late August the same year. I have never had any problems with the faucet itself but the soap dispenser has given me problems since the install, it would always stick & had trouble dispensing the soap. Than this past July it just stopped working altogether there is a cartridge like pump between the head & the tube that is frozen & no soap will dispense. I read another complaint about the soap dispenser failing. I am hoping I can get a replacement for this pump from Kohler. This is my first Kohler Faucet purchase, I have always purchased Moen but I loved the look of this compared to the Moen. I hope I didn't make a mistake buying the Kohler over the other one.

Low water pressure after new install

Bought the Kohler Alma faucet to replace our Delta kitchen faucet. This is a nice faucet but the water pressure coming out of this faucet is too low. So low, almost unusable.

[Rewarded Review] Good design

I bought the "Alma" faucet from Lowe's in July 2018 to replace an older faucet. A couple of months ago, the faucet started to switch from regular stream to sweeping spray in its own making a loud noise at the the same time. In the beginning, it would happen once every few days but in time it became more and more constant where right now it happens every time we use it. If we have to replace the sprayer head again within two years, we will be looking at a different manufacturer.

Sleek faucet

This is a very sleek design...love its simplicity, but feels quality. Love that it comes with a soap dispenser as well. I think it looks better in person.

Handle Falls off and the set screw is faulty

I just purchased this faucet and installed it. The next day the handle falls off. The set screw cannot be tightened, I am returning it.

The faucet is good but the soap dispenser is junk

I've been using the faucet for a year. I like the spray feature, which makes a nice, pressurized blade of water. The soap dispenser apparently has a bad spring, because it will not pop back up. I've tried several times to clean it, and nothing helps.

Very happy with this purchase! Very well made and stylish!
