I was looking for a relatively high-end toilet paper holder for a powder room. I was expecting something much nicer than what is described and pictured. The holder is little more than what one costing a quarter of the amount I paid would have been. Very disappointed in the quality. Picture really misrepresented the item.

I ordered the Polished brass to replace the polished chrome recessed toilet tissue holder that came with my bathroom. In a nutshell, this is absolutely gorgeous! It is made in the USA, so it took a while to receive as it was made to order. Better yet, the customer service provided by Allied Brass is phenomenal. I had an issue removing one of the screw covers and I received a call back within minutes from the production supervisor who was pleasant and helpful, ready to help me solve my issue. The best part was I got it off just as he was explaining to me how to do it. HIGHLY recommend! Worth every single penny.and did I say it is MADE RIGHT HERE IN THE USA?
