I’ve experienced the exact same problem. I contacted customer service - first they advised me about the Allen wrench and how to tighten. Followed their instructions and it worked for a little while, but I had to re-tighten every day. Called them again and they did indeed send a replacement, which I then had to pay our building handyman to install.. The same problem has recurred. I’m on hold with Pfister right now to see what they suggest to resolve this issue.
Not fancy, but just what I needed to make the kids' bathroom look more up-to-date.
Issues
The problem with this faucet is that the handle becomes loose and stops working the way its supposed to work. I contacted support and they said they would send me a new faucet. ( the new faucet has yet to arrive) I am not sure if they know what a hassle it is to install one of these. What I got from support was the size of the Allen wrench that must be used to tighten a screw to hold the handle. First we had a plumber ( very expensive) come in and tighten the screw. It became loose again in 3 days after we paid the plumber. Now I cannot find the screw that is supposed to tighten the handle. The Allen wrench is 3/32. It is going to be really bad for us as we need the bathroom soon. I am sorry but I cannot give this faucet more than 1 or 1.5 as a rating.
