Its good kitchen faucet

Its brand new in a box. Its elegant in both form and function.

It looks beautiful! The faucet doubles as a sprayer but that’s not obvious. Easy temperature adjustment one-handed.

Hose leaked

The braided hose leaked after about 6 month. I will never buy this Faucet again!

Unfixable leak

I bought this faucet about 3 years ago. Never had a problem with it until yesterday. It started leaking where the braided hose connects. So unfortunate. Paid a decent price for something that doesn’t even last 3 years. And the company can only guarantee a one year manufacture warranty for their plumbing products, like they know they’ll break. Going with a more trust product and brand.

We love Kohler products and this Kitchen Faucet once again prove way. Easy to install, great look and easy to use.

Junk junk junk

I bought this item 6 months ago and it started leaking and flooded my Kitchen. Now I need floor repairs and a new faucet. Kohler only wants to send me the hose that's it. What is funny is that every review talks about the same thing. Never will I purchase Kohler again. Pure junk and horrible and terrible customer service.

Major part burst

I bought the faucet 6 months back; I did not expect the pipe to start leaking where it connects to the sprayer. The tap was normally used & also the pull out feature was very rarely used. I had used Kohler products based on their durability & reputation for a long time.

Major part burst

Bronze manifold pipe/tube burst suddenly while using it after a year and a half, suddenly no warning.. No abuse, molestation to the faucet or unusual circumstances and I have been the only one to touch it. The pipe break was deep inside the main stem and there is no way to preform abuse to it. It's simply poor quality metal/bronze-metallurgy that caused the break/burst.

Broke exactly like the others

We've had this for 8 months and it broke right where the others did. It will end up costing us a visit from the plumber to install since we are not at the property. Why are they selling this???

Way below Kohler's standards

I bought this faucet a year ago. I hate it. Flow is way too slow and the spray is so powerful it splashes water everywhere. Can't turn main spout from sink to sink. Hose has pinhole and is leaking at top. Now its leaking below!! I'm getting a Delta.

Purchased 19FEB2021 - BROKEN

December 24th water spraying out the outlet hose. Home Depot has no replacement hose Kohler is closed until Tuesday December 28, 2021. Unable to use my kitchen for 5 days. When I call Kohler it will take days to get hose plus cost of plumber to replace it

Faucet pours water out under handle!

Very disappointed with this faucet!! It lasted about a year. It pours out from under handle onto the counter! I loved the sprayer. It has a cool spray pattern.

Very hard to turn

I bought this a few weeks ago and it is not easy to use. It does not rotate left to right easily and the water pressure has been low ever since I installed this faucet. This faucet was on sale at Home Depot so I guess you get what you pay for. I still think that for $150 you still should get a better functioning faucet. I have read all the reviews and for the most part I should have done my research before hand. This is a complete dissapointment and my only fix will be to take the unit out completely and install a new one or brand. It's brand new so it's not like I can fix this problem like all the websites have suggested. I tried and checked every possiblity before getting to this point of writing a bad reveiw.

Broken within a month

Very disappointed that this broke suddenly. I’m just glad it didn’t do damage to my cabinets like other people. So pretty and simply designed, but obviously has a manufacturing flaw!

Kind of disappointing for a Koehler. Had installed by a reputable plumber. The extension wand leaked at the point it was connected to the wand spout. Old ones did not rotate. This one had a bad ball joint for a needless rotating part. Plumber luckily took it apart and noticed debris on the O ring which appears to have fixed the problem for now. I am concerned about long term prospects for this faucet

Unimpressive.

We've used this faucet for about a year and I definitely would not buy it again. Rethinking my brand loyalty to Kohler, too.
