The sensor responsiveness could be a lot better.

Not great

We bought this 9 years ago and I have always regretted it. The sensor turned it on when we reached for the handle so we turned the sensor off. The other bad design feature is the handle being on the side. When turning it off water drips on the counter and I’m constantly wiping it up. It would be better to have the handle straight on so it’s over the sink.

Will not buy Kohler again - extremely dissatisfied

We bought this faucet and it had to replace it due to leaking in addition to the sensor going bad.. And now AGAIN not only is it also leaking water from where the sensor but also somehow leaking from faucet goosehead down under my sink. My whole cabinet under the sink gets a layer of water(quite a bit) and it is even dripping onto the electrical wires which are under the cabinet. I paid quite a bit for this faucet and am extremely dissappointed with all the issues. Once again, I cannot use my kitchen sink right now due to the leaking!!!

KITCHEN FLOOR RUINED - STAY AWAY

Had this thing for a bit and I could live with it when the sensor stopped working however like many other reviews point out eventually the valve box started leaking like crazy and I didn't catch it until water seeped up from my kitchen floor. DO NOT BUY unless you want a non functioning motion sensor and your floor eventually ruined.

I bought this same faucet 8 years ago. And when it gave out I had to get the same now. This faucet is superior to all other motion sensor systems.

Beware of slow leak in the valve box

We bought this faucet 3 years ago this month and the vavle box that controls the hands free part leaked slowly and ruined our kitchen floor. Kohler is replacing the box and sending a new faucet but it will take 75 days to get the new faucet. I had to call back to get them to send me the box. I had to spend thousands replacing the floor due to a faulty vavle box which Kohler does not compensate you for. I would stay away from their touchless faucets with a valve box.

Broken Wall Mount for Valve Box

Got this as a gift. The valve box mount was broken in the box. Tried to salvage it with super glue and plastic, but it is so flimsy and won't hold the valve box. Thinking about using hot glue to glue the whole valve box to the wall, but for a $300+ faucet... this seems dumb. Even if I do get it mounted and hooked up, I am worried about the valve box itself; several folks have complained about it leaking. Way too many plastic parts on this unit. Too many points of possible failure. Not even sure I want to install it.

Have had this in two previous homes. Like the underneck hands free feature. Wish the plug In accessory was still available vs having to replace batteries.

LoVe!

I chose Barossa to replace another Kohler faucet that failed and was no longer available and I couldn’t be happier. The reach is better than expected because the water runs at a slight outward angle, and touchless feature works flawlessly. I opted for the optional power adapter so as not to have to fiddle with batteries and I highly recommend it. Fingers crossed for longevity.

TOUCHLESS FAUCET

FAUCET WORKS AND LOOKS GREAT! THERE IS ABOUT A 1-2 SECOND DELAY FOR WATER ON/OFF WHEN YOU WAVE YOUR HAND UNDER IT WHICH MAKES IT HILLARIOUS TO WATCH IMPATIENT PEOPLE TRY TO OPPERATE IT!

Leak caused by poor quality valve box

We are very disappointed by the quality of the faucet. The faucet worked good at first than it started to leak. We tighten the connectins and it seemed to work until this year. We had a major leak last week that ruined our undersink cabinet. We were very upset about the leaking issue that Kohler never warn their customers. We would have paid half price of the same model of faucet had we known the leaking issue. Now we'll have to change our faucet and cabinets!

Bad sensors

Bought 2 years ago the sensor quit working within a year. Wouldn’t recommend buying this product get a different model or brand entirely.no it was not the batteries and replacement parts are ridiculously expensive.
