they work great

My problem with this faucet is not so much with the unit itself but with wayfair. It should be in BIG, BOLD print that this product requires a separate $100 battery pack to function. That drives the price up to the $350 range. It’s a quality faucet (American Standard) but it’s quite shatty that they don’t include all the parts to make it function.

Am Standard NextGen faucet

Modern and aesthetic. Easy to install. I've used the 0.3 gpm ones before, but the water stream was too weak. 0.5 gpm seems to be the right choice. Especially like the feature of built-in battery; no more hooking up extra battery or external AC supply.

American Standard Nextgen

The faucets were easy to install and look and work great. I ordered 6 of them and one faucet was missing the mount nut to install the it. Call A/S and they are sending the replacement part.

Install is easy, they look clean, even easy to use. My complaint with them is that because of the location of the set screw for the battery pack you can never get the faucet to have a true snug/tight fit on the counter, there is always a small bit of movement. It this was fixed I'd give them a five star.

A year since I purchased this unit & it’s very good. The only thing I would change is the pressure. It’s a little too weak.

Creates Ooohs & Aaahs

I put one in in a real estate development project/house remodel. Works well and gets a lot of positive comments for its hands free feature. Does require a battery that will need to be replaced at some point.
