Leaked internally.

Got the faucet installed and it leaked internally. Lowe's did not have any more available, so we just went elsewhere and bought a faucet. Also, this faucet requires a battery pack or an electrical hookup. This should be more obviously stated.

When will the others fail?

Installed 6 of these in a lodge about 6 weeks ago. Had 3 of the 6 fail this weekend due to an internal leak where the tube from the aerator connects to the silenoid. Sprays water every time the sensor comes on and runs down the inside and onto the floor which floods the floor. Contacted customer service and on hold for over 1 1/2 hours and no call back on phone or email.

Do not buy! Keep Leaking

Today is Dec 20, 2020, I wrote the first review on Jan 7,2020 on the American Standard site and it wasn't posted by American Standard. On Nov 24, 2020, one of the two faucets that were previously replaced after months of waiting from the backlog started to leak again from the inside of the faucet. I had to call for another replacement which I was told will take till Feb 2021 to receive! Then yesterday Dec 19, 2020 the second sensor faucet started to shoot out water from the Thermostatic Lever after it was used just occasionally to adjust the water temperature. The same thing that happened on one of them that was described below! This faucet was the worst I have ever bought or experienced in my whole life! Unbelievable how unreliable and poorly tested this high priced faucet was. Now I have to wait god knows how long for the next replacement to be sent. All this happened while I am having visitors for Thanksgiving and Christmas. 2 faucets not working at my home and American Standard doesn't offer a faster solution or at least a temporary replacement and just said that this is in backlog and we have to wait!! How ridiculous!
