DO NOT BUY. Broke after 2yrs. I contacted customer service & was told to call commercial team. I did and was told it is not their responsibility. American Standard refuse to help me and did not honor warranty.

Leaks from day one

We just paid a plumber to install this faucet. As soon as they turned on the water supply it leaked from the bottom of the faucet housing. Others complained about this same issue. I wished I would have read the reviews before paying to have this installed. I will be returning it and selecting a better brand. I read the replies from American Standard. It was the same reply for all issues, just cut and paste.

i was shocked to see that these were plastic. the other pieces are plastic and they are wabbly even when you screw them tight. they are terrible. my employees installed them and didn't tell me about it and threw away the boxes so now we can't return them. they are terrible. i think kids' toys are made of better plastic that these faucets.

It is made of plastic, wouldn't tighten down completely to the base even after adjusting the set screw, turned on and stayed on even after trying to reset it multiple times. Just a cheap product.

DO NOT BUY!! WASTE OF MONEY! Paid professional to install and did not work. yes installed correctly with the two filters.

Ready to install. Supply lines already connected reach most supply valves although one of mine was a little lower in the wall so I had to buy a union and another line. Not the faucet"s fault.

Product did not meet my expectations. I had it about a month and am very disappointed. I expected a better performance for the money. I paid close to 600. Hundred dollars for poor performance.

The faucet does work nicely but it’s not very durable. Just installed so we’ll see how it holds up.

Would never recommend

I work for my father, and we operate our own plumbing business. We had to install six of these faucets in a dentist office. The faucets have no way to turn off the water, only have temperature control. Which isn’t the biggest issue. Three out of the six were programmed completely backwards. Once the water was turned on to the faucet it would run nonstop until it sensed a hand then would stop running. Terrible design/engineering.

Shame on American Standard for making this cheaply made plastic faucet. For the price it should be metal. First one leaked right out of the box so called the support number and we were told to return it. The second one had fingerprints and splash marks on it so it was obviously someone's return. We settled for a standard faucet until we can find a quality touchless faucet that is metal and leak free, preferably from another brand.

Works great on battery. Did not have to replace them yet. Easy to clean, and not too sensitive. Very easy to use and install. Convenient in bathroom. Instructions were easy to follow. Will recommend and install again.

Inaccurate description. I bought this faucet because it says made out of metal. It is plastic. Waste of time.

The faucet gives a sleek modern look. Nice for in commercial bathrooms as well as the more modern residential bath. Personal looks better without the bottom plate but may be needed for pre-drilled counters.

[Rewarded Review] It’s decent, but many oversights

The faucet overall looks nice. I could not find a way to lengthen the time the water runs each sensor trigger, and brushing teeth is a nuisance. I have to trigger it with my hand 3-4 times to rinse my toothbrush. Also, I do not have a point of use water heater, and I think the bathroom I used this in is the farthest from my tank. It takes about 6 cycles of the sensor to get warm water. An override button to just turn on would’ve been nice. The faucet is also only held in with 1 bolt/nut, so it rotates a lot and has to be put back center, as well as the nut is on the backside, so hard to tighten and tilts the faucet toward the wall. I tried to capture in photos, but is hard to see.

Another great quality product from American Standard. This touch-less faucet is great to have especially when you have little kids around. You don’t have to worry about them turning the water too hot or forgetting to turn the water off!! . Any they love the automatic sensor (for them, it’s magic)! Not to mention Covid. The install was super easy. Programming it was tricky, especially when adjusting the sensor distance since the corresponding light flashes didn’t match the instructions. But with trial and error we got it figured out. Love having it since I don’t have to touch the faucet and a perfect faucet for quick washing hands sink. The battery is supposed to last for several years... we'll see...

This is one of the better faucets with a sensor I have installed. The sensor is actually very reactive unlike others that I have use in the past . The chrome is a very nice look as well. This is also very durable because I installed it in a place where it gets plenty of use and have had no issues thus far

Love this faucet so much! It's so easy to wipe clean, very easy to adjust temperature, touchless feature responds well to motion! It has a very clean, modern appearance. Looks so lovely and our guests compliment us on it all the time!
