Solid and great looking

This was installed 2 years ago by a professional plumber. It looks attractive, and the quality of the product is great. We're having another bathroom updated and will be buying the same wall-mount in addition to the metal hose and shower head by Kohler.

Buyer beware

When ordering this part, be aware of the secret reference to "supply adapter." What this means is they'll send you a likely worthless adapter and it may be unlikely to install it without ordering a $20 part plus shipping. And, suprise, you won't know what size adapter you need until the rough in is complete. And then wait for the part. You might be thinking Kohler would have a better solution but the Kohler customer service representative won't care if you just ordered over $1000 of Kohler parts or just this part, they want the profit on their $20 part plus shipping of course.
