Easy to install and seems to working just fine.

It looks just like the picture. It was replacing a faucet, and fit perfectly. I had a plumber install it (it took 2 hours). I'm very happy with it.

Still in the box. No directions included. No directions available on line.

Buyer Beware

Item came with a sketch a child would have drawn. The sketch did not identify parts to assemble. Package missing parts. Installation instructions noted. Needed additional item (2 mounting flanges), do not know where or what to acquire. Worked as a QA manager for a ISO 9001 company for years. This is not acceptable.

There was nothing in the description or installation information stating that this needed a separate wall mount.

Looks very nice. The only downside is the support bar from the shower rod to the ceiling and the shower pipe to the wall for support are to short. I will have to find something else. If your ceilings aren't over 7 foot you may be ok. My tub could have been plumbed closer to the wall probably.

Only tub/shower faucet combination that HD sells for an iron footed tub. The shower riser is only 3/8", but the other fittings are 1/2". The sprayer cradle only fits on the riser, not on the tub faucet. I want more 1/2"-3/8" adapters, the wall anchor to be longer, & cradle to fit a 1/2" pipe.

It was much easier to assemble than expected. Water pressure is pretty good. The hose attachment works very well. It takes a little time for the water to go all the way to the top showerhead, but once there, the pressure is excellent.

Installation is not as tricky as I have read from the reviews, it just take patience and common sense. This installed on my cast claw foot tub with no problems. Inlet spacing was perfect for my tub (3 3/8") and all parts were packaged for the install. DOES NOT come with a shower head even though it is pictured with it (they need to change that, it is misleading). I wish the shower riser was one piece, that is the part that takes a little torque to get it from 'dribbling' out from the connection. There is a reducing washer between the 2 riser parts. Seems to limit the shower head pressure but the pressure is fine. The hand held shower has great pressure and the handle operation is like butter, smooth and easy. Make sure to tighten all fittings/connection of the faucet before install. Almost all of them are loose out of the box. Not sure if this is intentional or not but make certain to tighten and check everything. I didn't find the shower head to be too high. I am 5'7" tall and had no issues adjusting my shower head. The gooseneck faucet fills my tub so much quicker then the old faucet and the faucet is very quiet when in operation. Seems to be of great quality and vey solid construction. The chrome is flawless. I love it and this will be one of the main centers of attention for my bathroom for sure. Money well spent in my book.

I really like the double shower head for the ease of cleaning, although when the product first arrived it was missing the stationary shower head. We went into our local Home Depot to see what they could do unfortunately they had to order the shower head replacement and since we were on a time crunch we ended up just buying one in the store. Would have been better customer service if they would have offered a like replacement for no charge but we were in need, so we sucked up the extra expense. Other than that the product looks and works great! It was fairly easy to install in our early 1900's era cast iron claw foot tub which was a great relief.

Overall I was pleased with the result but it takes a little work and planning for success. The kit did not come with a shower head. The connector for the shower head is not the standard 1/2" so you will need a 3/8"male to 1/2" female threaded adapter from you local home center. Get a shower head with a hose since the angle of the shower connection is awkward. I would suggest you have a plumber install the faucet as it may be a challenge to install.

Great Set But Hard to Install

A little overpriced compared to what I am seeing now but I wanted it all: the shower riser, handheld shower diverter, gooseneck faucet, chrome, ceramic handles, etc. I tried to install myself because after overtightenning on the supply lines I busted the washers in the faucet handles and had to call a plumber to come in a fix. Wish it was easier to install and a little cheaper but the set is beautiful and works great now that it is installed. Oh and the handheld shower has OK water pressure, not super great but not too bad for handheld. The gooseneck faucet has great pressure but i wish it came with an aerator to save $ on water.

Missing Parts

This kit was missing parts, which cost me time with my plumber and the time to return it. I would highly advise against purchasing this product as it doesn't work.

Ordered this product for a 1922 claw foot tub. It looks great on the tub but putting it together was tough because it was missing a part. My plumber had to by an extra part to put it together. For the price of this product all parts including shower head she be included.
