Love this tub filler! We purchased to match our Moen sink fixtures for our bathroom Reno. It has such an upscale classic look.

Defective mixing/shutoff valve

The mixing/shutoff valve defective and lets water drip through the shower wand

Customer needs to purchase manifold!

The manifold is not included with this product. You need to order that as well, what it inserts into in the floor.

The hot water pressure is very low, and rinsing faucet is leaking without activating.

I had our new Moen tub filler installed today, the diverter isn't working properly, and the handheld has water dripping from it even when it is set for the water to come from the faucet. I'll be contacting MOEN for replacement shower head, hopefully they will send one. Disappointed especially with how much we paid for it.

Voss Freestanding Tub Filler with Hand Shower - Hand Shower not working

I went with Moen for it’s reputation for reliability and quality . . . however after waiting several months to receive the Voss Freestanding Tub Filler with Hand Shower and paying a considerable amount of money the hand shower and diverter is not working. Please resolve this issue. It’s disappointing to read that several other Moen customers are having the same problem.

Beautiful but with a Fault

Bought this for a bathroom remodel a month ago and it’s beautiful. The tub filler provides a steady water stream and works well. Unfortunately, the diverter to the handheld was leaking when the fixture was installed. After finagling with the diverter button (it needed to be loosened a bit), the leak has resolved. This leakage is apparently not an uncommon problem but I don’t know if it’s always as easily solved as ours seems to have been. One other point is that the base of the tub filler is rather large compared to others.

Love the look of this faucet. The only complaint is the hand held will drip after use so I will leave it in the tub until the excess water drains. Otherwise it’s perfect.

Great faucet but make sure your plumber installs close enough to your tub! Ours did not and it tends to leak out if you only turn on low (which is of course why my 2 year old keeps doing!)

This is a beautiful faucet for a freestanding bathtub we purchased. It completed the look of our remodeled master bath--and friends have told us it really makes the room.

Very heavy, nice looking tub filler. What we were not aware of though, is that you also need the rough-in kit! I didn't see a note of this when I placed the order. Luckily my husband read the directions prior to trying to install it. For wood floor joist, you'll need: M-PACT™

Beautiful and works properly after repair

This is a beautiful product , however when received the hand held sprayer leaked every time you turned on the faucet. After calling Moen and getting a new diverter kit my husband was able to fix the problem. I love our tub filler now. I don't think it needed a new part as much as an adjustment with the diverter. Anyway it works properly and I love the look and finish. We have the chrome.

Omitted Advertising!

The faucet is a gorgeous fauctet but it dod not have the part that brings the water in and no stores carry it. Very crapy Lowrs part not to have the parts in the store or on line after omitting saying its not included!

I love this Tub Filler we ordered in Oil Rubbed Bronze! Except that the hand held shower that came with it is in chrome!! Wayfair contacted me about the mixup and straightened everything out.

Moen 695 Voss freestanding tub filler - chrome

I bought this tub filler for a master bath remodel in Chrome. It is very sturdy and heavy. I bought the Moen mounting system based on a review that said this makes it much easier to install. I was nervous about having a freestanding tub filler, but think based on the quality of this faucet it will be fine. I can't wait to have it installed!

This Moen tub filler is beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. We have not installed it yet but just looked it over. It was packaged well and saw no defects. Can’t wait to see it in our new bathroom.
