Not exactly the same fitting of the original tank.
The handle base was 1/16 bigger than the original identical american standard tank. Required a 1/2 hr of dremel tool grinding to enlarge the square opening of the tank.

The new Lever with the metal part was 100% better than the original with the plastic part.
