Product is beautiful and clearly well made, however it doesn't warm our towels as much as I would have anticipated. Perhaps our expectations were off and perhaps this is normal for this style of warmer. For what it does, it is not worth the price.

Great Towel Warmer!

We love this towel warmer. It was the perfect addition to our master bath. OnlyTowelWarmers was superb, great customer service and a great price. I highly recommend them.

Love the Amba S2921 So Far

Bought the Amba S2921 because we wanted to control the heat, and we wanted the bars to be closer together. (Some of the other popular units seemed to get too hot, and the bars looked far apart. Since the towels touching the bars is how it works, we wanted closer bars.) Plus we liked the width for 2 towels, and the more compact feel. Bought (separately) a Century in-wall digital timer so we could have it turn on and off automatically in the morning. Had an electrician install it all, which he did without messing up any walls, which I appreciate (cost about $300). So far, everything seems great. Looks nice on the wall. Ordering was easy and delivery was quick. Got this as a birthday present for my wife, and she loves it (as do I). The towels get nice and toasty. A well-deserved 5-star rating.

Takes longer than expected to warm up. It should really be turned on before getting into the shower. It was not warm enough for me in approximately a 10 minute shower time span. It has variable heat settings, but takes a while to get there
