Beautiful and a perfect size for our family. If this has a timed use option (eg to stay in for 30 minutes only) I haven’t managed to figure that out yet, only reason not to have 5 stars,

This is a great towel warmer. It's subtle curve is just enough to leave a little room when you have 2 towels hanging. Easy to stack your towels. Perfect for any space.

We love the size and convenience of this warmer. It is a lovely style and my only complaint is cosmetic, the “polished chrome” is really closer to a brushed nickel finish.

Looks great and works like a champ

my fault here. the installation specs dictate that this item should be installed 48 inches from a water source. this was just too far for me, from the shower. i had to return it.

Can't seem to make the automatic on/off timer work, but when I turn it on manually, towels are nice and warm. Holds two bath towels very adequately.

Love the design, but if you want a really warm towel get the warmer that you can put the whole towel into!

Works too well, super hot

Love this towel rack, we remodeled our master and had this hard wired. It works awesome, my only complaint is that there is only an on/off switch so there is no way to adjust the heat setting and I have actually burned myself a few times while drying off and hit my arm on it and it has discolored my white towels a little.

Love this! Our warmer’s timer stopped working a month after install and Ancona sent out a replacement immediately. Great customer support!

Love this towel warmer - nothing nicer than a warm towel when stepping out of the shower - then it dries the towel. The timer is key to having the towel warm when you need it then turns off when the towel is dry.

This is great for warming towels before use and drying them after. The control panel was faulty so they sent a whole new unit for free! Fantastic customer service.

Nice looking towel rack. Heats up quickly and gets very hot. Installation was a challenge as you have to be exact when installing the brackets. The narrow design was perfect for our linen closet.

Nice design with a slight curve and plenty of room for two or more towels. This will be a very nice addition to our master bathroom and will definitely help dry towels in the humid Michigan weather.

Didn't really warm the whole towel.

beautiful towel warmer, gets very hot though

beautify addition to our bathroom, nice elegant touch. we use this all year round, and have come to expect heated towels. installation was ok, all the parts fit well enough. ours is hardwired and we use the switch on the bottom of the unit. only issue we have is if the towel rack is left on, it will scorch the towels. the towel rack actually gets too hot to grip. other models that we have installed were able to be left on 24/7/365 without scorching. recommend wiring into a timer to make sure that the towel rack doesn't stay on an scorch the towels. beautiful unit, stainless has stayed bright since 2017.
