Overall I’m happy with the towel warmer. It is the perfect size for my space and I love the look. The price was also right. As others have mentioned, it doesn’t heat the towels to a super warm temperature, but I still like it. I do wish it had an automatic timer/switch off as I sometimes forget to turn it off, but I can live with this feature as well.

Had an electrician install this as it can be hardwired. It heats up towels well. It does not shut off automatically; you must push the button on the bottom of the vertical bar to turn it on / off. The button lights up blue when turned on. It would have been nice if it had some sort of timer. Other than that, it is a simple upgrade for our bathroom.
