The curtains were exactly what we wanted. The description, imo, did not make clear that they came in pairs, which does make sense. Had to return unused 2 pairs. Returns seem easy. Fed ex drop off at walgreens. Well see.

These curtains are exactly what I was searching for!! The length is perfect to cover the entire window top to bottom and left to right-it keeps the draft to a minimum. Easy to slide on the curtain rod with large round grommets. The color is perfect as well-not too bright-subtle yet colorful. Easy on/off for ironing or washing. Comes with two tie backs. Perfect for those bright sunshiny mornings to let in some light and heat! Highly recommend!

Black Blackout curtains 8' long

True Black. Beautiful curtains. I ironed to get just the look I was after. I basted two curtains together to make 1 wide curtain each side for fullness. Worth it. They are lovely. Good room darkening. Lovely velvety soft brushed microfiber. Flawless. Classy appearance. Slightly luminous.

I bought the Navy because my windows face west and I knew I needed a dark color to block all that heat & sun here in the desert. I’m so glad I did! These are perfect. They’re soft and drapey, hang so nice and darkens my living room as I wanted. I have blinds also but they don’t do enough in the summer plus drapes add some elegance. I can open them and adjust how much light I want. I would recommend to anyone that wants room darkening drapes. But go with a dark color if you want true blackout and buy enough so they can bunch up a bit. As far as winkles, yes they were wrinkled upon arrival due to folds and packaging so I put them in the dryer ( in batches$ with a damp towel and dried for 10 minutes but I still had to iron them because I wanted them to look very nice and not be bothered by wrinkles every time I look at them. If they were in a bedroom I probably would’ve just skipped the ironing. I’m very very happy with them !

Very Satified with Aurora Curtains

This is my 3rd pair of Aurora curtains. I really love them! They are thick great quality curtains and they darken the room completely. I love the subtle sheen to the fabric and they hang very nicely. With Aurora curtains the color you see online is always the color that you receive when you get your order and they have very beautiful colors to choose from that I never tire of over the years that I have owned them. They need ironing and steaming when you first install them but afterword they remain beautiful to look at and do not wrinkle easily. The Dove Grey pair have an attractive slightly rosey colored grommet that look very attractive with the curtain rods I already have. One last thing, I bought these to insulate a west facing room that gets full hot sun exposre for 6 hours a day. These do a pretty good job of keeping the room cool. On a scale of 1 to 10 for insulation I'd rate these a 6.

Received these curtains very timely from ordering. They were exactly as described. It’s always hard to judge coloring online especially with curtains so I had to return because color for my room was really off. Only 5 stars because I had to cover the cost of return label. Being I order so much from Overstock even having to return damaged furniture on several occasions and enduring inconvenience of reshipments—and that is no easy feat to return heavy items especially for a female—left a little bitter taste in my mouth. But I will continue to use Overstock. So far the good out ways the bad experiences.

First I would recommend these curtains to anyone. What I like about these curtains is that they are really soft the color is very vivid and deep dark purple for me. If I could change one thing it would be the grommets I would make them in a couple different colors people like to match things to their other hardware colors. They are truly blackout curtains and I do believe that they will help knock the chill out in the winter because they are nice and heavy. Once I received them I could tell right away they were keepers and of very good quality. Love them

You won’t regret it

This was a life saver. My bedroom is the hottest room in our apartment. I used to love having 3 curtains because of the natural sunlight, but the heat is torture in the summer. I bought the olive green ones and it matched perfectly with my room decor. My room is really dark in the mornings now and I’m able to sleep longer. I also love the material and how light weight they are; and they’re not stiff! I honestly have no complaints about my purchase. Money well spent.

GREAT VARIETY OF STYLE CHOICES

I have been looking and looking for some time now for curtains for my den. I hate buying curtains, but it was time. My den faces the street and I finally got tired of people looking into my home. I got these insulated blackout curtains to help maintain a comfortable temperature in the room. They are just plain, so I have bought a set of shears to go over them. They are now perfect. I also bought the rods at Overstock. Might as well, they tell you what size to get and they have a great variety of styles. I don't know why I was putting buying these curtains for so long. They add so much to the room. Thank you Overstock for such a big variety of curtains to choose from and for making it so easy.

Great quality, super soft and looked exactly like the photo online. I bought the dove gray and absolutely love them! They look beautiful in our bedroom! Definitely blackout curtains which is what I wanted! Will definitely be purchasing more in the future. The only complaint I have is with the tracking and shipping. Not sure what all happened with that but I didn’t receive these until almost a week after the date it said. They sat at a facility 2 hrs away from us for 4 days then were sent two states away before they finally reached me. I don’t know if that has anything to do with Overstock but other than that these curtains were exactly what I hoped for!

True Blackout Curtains/Excellent Fabric and Colors

I ordered once set just to test the product. The fabric is very soft and durable. Color (I ordered red) was spot on, not burgundy like some products I've ordered in the past from others. They hang nicely, look great and are true blackout curtains; blocking the light almost completely and keeping the room cool. I ordered 5 additional sets for the remaining windows, in navy and light gray. Colors were again spot on. I also like the fact that they come as 2 panels/set, unlike others that come as one panel. Can't wait to see how they hold up in the winter; hoping they will block some of the cold air!

Great Light Weight Blackout Curtains

I was skeptical of these curtains. I had ordered blackout curtains a couple of times from other sites and was not happy with them at all. They were either too heavy or had a white lining which I did not want. Well much to my surprise these curtains were neither of those things. I absolutely LOVE them! They are perfect for the room I needed them for. Not too heavy or rubbery and most important, not a white lining. They hang perfectly too. They are exactly what I was wanting! Very happy with purchase and delivery!

They work and make the place look decent

The quality seemed to match what I saw online, but the two panels I bought seemed to be different lengths. Frankly I don't care, and most wouldn't have noticed, until they did, then ummm yeah. Maybe weird, but I'd order em again. They keep out the light, mostly, and don't look so bad really. I love the way they feel. I'd order em for my own people. My wife freaking loves em sooo that's nice. The kids enjoyed hide and seek in the dark today thanks to these things. I'm very happy with the purchase altogether, and I can't wait to enjoy all the sun blotting I'll get to do this coming year. I don't see the thermal insulation potential being remarkable, but still I I'll pretend regardless.

Despite the title of the product, the panels that were sent to us had bronze colored grommets and not silver. This forced us to have to return them all and keep looking. I needed to get on support chat to get a free return shipping label as the product received was not as listed. Support was very helpful, but took longer than I would have liked as if the representative was fielding multiple chats. I would rather wait longer and have the full attention of someone. The actual product quality is acceptable at the price point considering there are two panels per package. We hung one package and the blackout feature was very good for fairly thin curtains. The curtains feel of good quality and that they will last. These curtains have a slight sheen to them and no texture. Something to consider depending on what you need. Overall, depending on the needs and budget of a consumer, these are pretty good curtains overall.

This is an excellent curtain. The fabric is strong and blocks incoming light completely. It's also soft and velvet-like, which allows it to drape well when either closed or opened, and the color is spectacular. My only downside of this purchase was the extra work needed to eliminate the folds created by the packaging. The instructions included said to dry the curtains with a damp towel under low heat for 20 minutes. This didn't work at all, so I dried them with the towel for 30 minutes under medium heat. That worked somewhat, but didn't eliminate all of the folds. Then I followed the original instructions, set my iron at low heat, and tried to iron off the folds and creases. That didn't work either, so I raised the iron's heat setting to medium-high and the steam to high. Voila! I limited the amount of time I ironed each section of the curtain to avoid burning it, but that setup worked great! The folds and creases disappeared, and the curtains now drape beautifully on the rod. Despite the instructions - which I adjusted - these 120" drapes/curtains amaze visitors and protect me from being seen from outside when they're closed. I highly recommend this product and will buy it again if I build a new home with high windows!

I recently moved into an old house (122 years old!) with huge, drafty windows that need 120" curtains. I also purchased French return curtain rods on Overstock (Pinnacle Barricade Double Window Hardware) and I wanted a curtain with grommets that slide easily. These are absolutely amazing! I have them hanging to the floor ("kissing" the floor) and the rod is placed around 8" above the window. This, plus the french return rod that allows the curtains to almost touch the wall, really helps keep the light and cold air out when the curtains are closed. These are close to blackout but not 100%. We have very strong sun in our front bedroom and these almost completely block it. The fabric is soft and hangs well because of the weight. I bought the Dove Gray color and it's the perfect medium/light grey. Neutral with a slight cool blue tone (but not too blue). The back side is the same color as the front, with a slightly different texture. The grommets are a bronzy-brass color with a little distressing. I'm so happy they're not chrome! If they made these in 130" width I'd buy them for my whole house.

I am very pleased with my new drapes. I can't even believe they are washable - which I actually haven't done yet, but I have great expectations. They hang very well as the weight is perfect enough that they hold their shape. I ordered the "mineral" and the color is exactly as I expected. It's somewhere between a blue and a green - think coastal hues. I have them in my dining room which is a pewter grey. We have a wide front window - I strongly recommend a middle bracket. Nearly everyone who sees them remarks on how lovely they are and when I tell what I paid, they can't believe a got such a great deal on such good quality. Oh, and they do block out most of the light when I want that. And in this cold northeast, I'm grateful they are a barrier against the chill off the windows. Thank you, Overstock for a great product at a fabulous price!

Nothing but Fabulosity!!!!

Received 3 pairs of these yesterday and just ordered another set!! Cannot beat the price or quality! Today they’re even cheaper at almost *** off what I paid last week! I love Overstock’s sales!!! Making over my master bedroom and it’s ALL Overstock items including the GORGEOUS bedroom set!!!! (I will review the bedroom set as well). The 90” is the perfect length because I wanted the curtains to puddle on the floor some but not as much as a 95 or 96” curtain would!! The 90” drop makes it look CLASSY!! Anyway... the chocolate color is perfect for my room! Hard to know color hues when looking online. Nice deep chocolate with slight rusty undertones, maybe rich milk chocolate! See pics below to see curtains against my wall color called Toast from SW paints!! Just have to take a chance!! The grommets are deep brown coppery color which was awesome cause I didn’t want silver! Nice material... not shiny but not dull either... nicely in between!! I waited soooo long for the right furniture and curtains, and can’t be any more pleased AND thrilled! Now... back to Overstock for my accent pieces!!! (Candle holders, figurines, mini mirror set etc. to add the finishing touches!)
