SUPERB PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

We decided to replace our pedestal sink in the MBR bath with a vanity for the increase in storage that it would give us. While the product from Kohler was not cheap, we made the decision that it was the best that we saw. Indeed it was! Both Kohler's website and ordering process was incredibly easy. Most important was the fact that our customer service representative, Jennifer, could not have been more professional or accommodating. We're thrill with the way the product from Kohler - the vanity as well as the countertop and faucet, has turned out.

Absolutely Gorgeous

I bought all of the equipment a month before the bathroom work was even started and I am so happy that we were able to completely gutt and remake this Kohler bathroom in 7 days. I call it a Kohler Bathroom as I was extra interested in ensuring all that I could use from Kohler in renovating this bathroom due to an excellent customer service interaction I had with Kohler a few years ago. I truly appreciated the way the company handled that matter and they have definitely earned me as a customer for life. The quality construction and soft close drawers etc of this vanity is simply superb. Small but a statement piece it is for sure. Thanks

Kohler should stick to making just plumbing fixtures

June 2021, I purchased a Kohler 48” Poplin vanity cabinet (No hardware or countertop) and it was well packed and protected. However, when I unboxed it I noticed the lower right drawer front was skewed in relation to the drawer box and cabinet edge. I contacted Kohler and they sent a local Guardsman Furniture repairman who could not disassemble the drawer front from the drawer box without damaging it because the front was glued and screwed to the drawer box. He told me he would order a complete new drawer.

The contractor just unpacked it and noticed their is a paint drip on the front of the right door and a

Backordered and Broken

Product was backordered a few weeks. When it arrived it was broken at the center joist. My contractor was able to fix it. Kohler's customer service on the matter was not satisfactory. For such an expensive product I expected it to be perfect and I expected better from Kohler. I do love the vanity but very disappointed with Kohler.

Great furniture piece!

We purchased this bathroom vanity for our basement remodel and love it! It was easy to install, love the slow-close drawers, and it now completes our nicest looking bathroom in an 80s house.
