Where is the back tilt? It's not working

I bought this chair on 04/29/24. I assembled it and left it in a spare room. I am using it for the first time today, 09/14/24. It's pretty, adjusts up and down BUT, I cannot tilt the back. Am I missing something? I tried pulling on the adjustment handle. The entire reason I purchased it is because the back adjusts.

don't know what's wrong with this chair, it just keep switching to a weird angle on the back, that kind of forces you to lean forward. I mean I know it is healthy to keep a straight back but comfort is also a thing. I don't think they realized it when they built this chair. As happened to me before I didn't even pick up the box for first few weeks of its arrival as we were out of country so we were out of return window even before we received the box. So its just another wayfair product I am forcing myself to use as much as I can.

Hard to build but sofar it is nice

received this today, tried to build it myself and ended up smashing my finger and getting mad. Had to hold the backing on with a lot of strength in order for him to get the bolts to thread. I like the chair though.

Tough mesh material is cat claw proof and not inviting to them anyway. Maximum comfort, great functional features, fair price

I needed a chair for PC use that was made of tough material that our destructive cats would not claw and shred apart as they did with our other chair made with thin vinyl coated imitation leather and foam cushions. The best material I could think of was mesh. Even though the holes that exist in mesh material may be inviting to clawing I feel it will hold up and it has. Although the cats do not seem to want to claw this chair, I think because the material is not soft and inviting, I feel they cannot harm it anyway. I also like this chair with it's tilting back and raising and lowering features. I prefer the firmer seat and back for comfort over the old soft cushioned chair. The lumbar support is great and the clothes hanger on the back has come in handy already for drying a flannel shirt I wore in a light rain. The five wheeled base is very stable over the previous chair's four wheeled base. There is nothing I do not like about this chair. Even the price was competitive. I love how the arms fold upward gives me the option of having them down or up while working... smooth moving around on the casters. love this chair.

Great chair

Ordered this at the beginning of COVID and have used 8+ hours a day since then. It's very comfortable and has far outlasted my expectations. Very happy w my choice.

The chair is very deep, so for the adults in our house (all under 6'), it's too deep. The back is good, but I can't really use it. The cushion leaves a lot to be desired. I bought this chair because it was on sale and had great reviews, but I'm not sure how long we'll keep it around. Initially I thought it could move to a kid's room if I didn't love it, but it's too deep for them.

Comfortable and attractive office chair

I bought this chair because I liked the flip-up arms and the chair looked attractive to me. I do like the look of the chair, but it's also quite comfortable. The assembly instructions were pretty easy to follow. I had some trouble getting the back attached to the arms, but it was due to the fact that I'm not very strong and I did have to push the parts together to get the screws in all the way. I've been using the chair for about two weeks and I'm quite pleased with it.

It is a nice chair but I should not have ordered an open box.

Not as advertised

I bought two of these in the summer to use in my classroom specifically because they offered tilt. They do not have any such mechanism for this feature. It only adjusts up and down. When I tried to return the unopened one I found the window for return is only TWO WEEKS! I won’t be doing business with Office Depot again

A hit with the wifey

Bought this for my wife as a Christmas present she is very pleased and really appreciates the adjustability of the comfortable seat!

This chair was so terrible I literally ended up throwing it out right after I finished putting it together. Thankfully Wayfair refunded me b/c it was such an absolutely terrible and poorly made item. That's the only positive thing I could say about it. Nothing fit together properly, everything was uneven and it was extremely difficult to put together.
