Chair review

What an awesome crew at the Pinellas park mall store. We walked in there just to look for a chair and the salesman listened intently to what we were looking for and took around the store to find the perfect chair. The chair was for our brother who is in a nursing home, so we had very specific needs.

Recliner

Sat in all the recliners in the store this one was so comfortable it hugs you. My sister came and visited she sat on the recliner went to AFW same day and bought one.

I could sleep in this chair

This recliner is so amazing! It's so soft and comfortable. I could sleep in it every night and not bother me. It's not too soft where you sink into it but not too firm either where it's hard. It's the perfect mixture of both.

Terrible Quality and Customer Service

I purchased this recliner under two years ago. The resistance in the back support stopped working so as soon as you sit in a chair, it lays flat back. Then the foot support working. It appears that the supports in the frame are bent. Customer service is not responsive, and they can only be contacted through email and not by phone. I recommend spending a little more for better quality products. If you review their Company feedback on Google you will see others have struggled with poor quality and customer service.
