Great mailbox. didn't get my military discount because i told the cashier after she scanned the mailbox in.

It looks good--have not installed it yet.The person who was at the counter was a "little weird" I had to show my license--to verify it was me. The when I went to pay my charge card--she asked me again?? I have never been asked for ID when I pick something up--also, my name and address is on the order and on my bill I wanted to pay and I had my Lowes credit card as wee...She also couldnt find my order with the Order # I gave her, then I said look it up by my name or phone #--she said she couldnt but then she found it

I really like the white look of this mailbox. It was really easy to install, you need to purchase a 4x4x6 and cut it down. I recommend to cut it to around 50-54" instead of the recommended 48". Gives a bit more stability. Only have had it for a few months, so we will see its durability.

If you happened to be standing in the aisle reading the reviews, take a look and you’ll see some poorly crafted posts made out of 4x4 lumber that most likely is filled with knots and splits. Yea.. That is of way better quality than this post assembly. Out of the box the molded plastic is very thin and flimsy. I sank a treated 4x4 into the cement, let it dry and installed the vertical post. Lot of wiggle room and took some shims to finally get it to fit right and level. The “arm” that holds the mailbox is a joke. You slide it in a hole that is also thin and flimsy which is supposed to be held in place with two plastic push pins. After that was in place, I installed the mailbox and immediately the arm sloped down about 12 degrees toward the ground while the post stayed level. Once again had to get creative and modify it just to keep it level and somewhat sturdy. If you’re flipping a home and don’t care about quality, then this will fit the bill but if you’re looking for long term, shop around and buy a better quality product.

bad parts and does not fit

I am returning one of two I bought. Would return both but I put holes in one trying to make it fit. Does not fit in post holder I bought, The top on it was not original and damaged. Overall it looks good but it leans as you need a 4 foot post inside.

I have had my mailbox hit 3 times over many years. I live in a patio home and was running out of room where to install a post with concrete. This was SUCH a great solution!!! I could use existing partial post -NO digging! It was fast, easy and it looks nice. No more painting either. I am very satisfied. Great job - thank you Creative Solutions!
