Most versitile cast iron pan I have ever used.
This is the most versatile pan I have ever used. I was flipping over easy eggs in the lid after one night of seasoning it. If I could only have one pan/lid combo this would be it. Deep pot/pan, frypan, dutch oven combo. If you don't have any cast iron this is the perfect starter piece. Chilli or a deep dish apple pie, anything goes.
