The tree did not look anything like the tree in the photo. Its branches were much thinner in appearance than those in the photo and it's lights were loosely strung onto the tree and not integrated into it. Very disappointing.

The tree is definitely not the one pictured. It is not a full tree, no matter how much you fluff the branches. There are so many gaps you can see the other side of the living room. Too embarrassing to use.

I just opened the tree to set up for this Christmas. I have never had an artificial tree before but the picture and description sounded good so I ordered one. The tree I received does not look like the one in the picture and one section of the lights did not work. So disappointed that I ordered this.

I am so happy with this purchase! I was a bit nervous at first buying this tree without seeing it in person but the other reviews and photos definitely helped. Tree is of great quality and very full. You’ll need to send a little time fluffing it when you set it up but you won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful little tree

Tree was beautiful with dense branches so you didn't see the pole up the middle. Lots of lights made other ornaments not necessary, but our grandchildren decorated it and it was beautiful. We put the tree on a low table which was covered with a Christmas cloth and put presents under it and in front of the table. More than adequate and we didn't have to lug a huge tree away after Christmas.

Very disappointed. Looks nothing like the photo. The needles are much wider and look obviously artificial. The tree has large gaps, and looks like a tree with low value. Do NOT recommend.

The review here saying it’s a “sparse” tree didn’t even try to fluff it. Don’t be fooled. This is a. EXCELLENT tree if you give it the time. It took me about 45 minutes to fluff it up and make it look full. It doesn’t happen on its own. It is the perfect height and diameter. I like the amount of lights it has. It stands straight up, no issues with it standing crooked or being wobbly. The top part is a bit narrow but I ended up clumping the two upper branches together to make it more stable for my projection star. I absolutely LOVE it. You won’t regret it!

Cords are everywhere. Gaps are huge and if I fluff the branches anymore, I will not be able to put ornaments. Worst part of it all, I ordered a 7ft tree - the box says 6 1/2ft and its barely taller than my 5’4” daughter!!

Great tree. Best looking tree I’ve ever gotten... but the plug system was odd. All of the plugs from top to bottom plugged into the outlet. They didn’t make a chain within the tree for the lights. It was odd. Other than that, I love it!

It was the perfect size. I likes that I did not have to water it. The branches from a distance are acceptable. Not having a fake tree for 25 years, I really cannot rate an artificial tree honestly.

No lights

Put the tree together and plugged it right in as soon as it arrived. Lights didn’t go on. Tried changing the fuse as suggested still didn’t light up. Had to pack it all up and ship it back. No tree for Xmas this year. On top of 2020 being a depressing year as it is. So disappointed

Even with fluffing and puffing it did not look like the picture. It was fine. Easy to put up and all the lights work, but a few of the “arms “ were a bit wonky (uneven). I was able to fill those areas with bigger ornaments— but if you want a perfectly symmetrical, plush tree, this is not it.

So, this is the first time I have gotten a fake Christmas tree. I decided to try this one because the price was good and the tree is prelit. This tree is absolutely beautiful. It is so easy to assemble and it looks beautiful. This will be my kids first fake tree ever and I must say it looks reals!!! Love it

The tree looked nice after taking the time to bend out all of the branches, but giving this 2 stars because the bottom strand (of the 3 sections) of lights did not work . I ended up having to string my own white lights on the bottom 3rd of the tree. Also, limbs can only hold light-weight ornaments.
