I've done a complete renovation in a 2/2 unit and this product was my life saver. great packaging and ships easily. I transferred it from my home to the unit myself with no problem, easy installation. I needed a 14" rough-in not available in stores and none of my worker even knew it would solve my 12" pipe to wall problem. They wanted to use a flange, cut the floor out, big job, lots of money etc.etc. Thanks to the customer service at build.com they were able to send me the right product to solve this issue and I was the only one who knew it would work.. me a 100lb 5' old lady, renovated the entire place myself and several workers I've hired over the past year said it wouldn't work and just ignore my info from build.com so I put it in myself. It does rock slightly but I used a piece of that flat spacer wood and it is solid as a rock. I think a rubber seal should be available to rectify that problem though,
