Oncewe bought Customer service disappeared

I bought this 3 years ago. Tried last year to get help on an issue and never got a return email or call. Still same issue this year. Rubber on chains and trapeze and irngs turn black with sticky substance and cant wash it off with dawn or anything. would just like to know if its the rubber breaking down or what can be used that wont void a warrenty or if these items are replaceable under the warrenty

Great swing set for my active kids!

Got the monkey bar swing set, and it's been fantastic. My kids love the monkey bars and swings, and it's held up really well so far. Assembly was a bit of work, but the end result is solid and safe. Worth every penny!

We bought this set for our grandchildren in 2017 for our home. We were so impressed by quality of it & it has been extremely durable & safe. And it still is! We have 1 problem & are reaching out for solution. There is a brace that holds weight of slide to frame of swing. OURS is heavily corroded making unsafe to go down slide. Grandkids unhappy! Is there a replacement part we can get from LIFETIME to remedy this problem?

I recently purchased a used ADVENTURE SWING SET similar to the one above which is excellent quality. It was missing a couple of pole top saddles and I broke a couple of bolts. Decided to call LIFETIME and see if I could order them. They ended up sending them to me NO CHARGE. Their customer service is awesome -- very HELPFUL,PATIENT and THOROUGH. An absolute pleasure to deal with.

Great quality

I put most of this together myself, and had all the major large pieces ready for my husband and I to do together. Instruction manual was super easy to follow. Only one little hiccup but was operator error im sure 😊. The quality of this swing set is amazing! Very top notch.

Won't find out pros and cons til after assembly

My husband and I purchased and set up this playground set, with intermittent help from our younger daughter. for our 5 year old granddaughter (gd). It took about 1 entire day, mind you, the "feels like" temperature was 100. We had beem excitedly awaiting the arrival, but not as excited as our gd. It arrived about about a week earlier than its original delivery date. The "assembly instructions"

Directions for assembly were clear.

Directions were clear for expectations for putting together. Plan for a day. We did it while it was cold and windy so tons of breaks were taken and it was still in line with other reviews. Kids love it. I recommend kids wearing shoes on the monkey bars as my kids love to be barefoot but a week after we got it up she fell and fractured her heal. Oops. Kids will be kids and play hard.

Great playground

This is a great playground! The installation was very easy especially using the YouTube version of the instructions. I did have 2 bolts come cross threaded and snapped when I tried to use them so I had to make a quick trip to the hardware store but it was an easy fix. Our daughter loves playing on it!

[Rewarded Review] We love our swing set!!!

We are so happy with the Lifetime Monkey Bar Adventure Swing Set. Although it took about 4 hours to put together from start to finish, the instructions were very easy to follow and all parts were labeled which helped speed up the process. We chose the natural color scheme and it looks so nice in our yard. We have only had it up for a couple weeks but it seems very durable and sturdy. It is fun for the whole family and we are so excited to use

The monkey bar adventure swing set is amazing! We love how simple yet entertaining it is. We have 3 kids ages 9, 6 and 3 and this swing set has something for all ages. We love that this set has 3 swings! Our 3 year old loves the slide and swing. Our 9 year old is obsessed with the monkey bars and our 6 year old loves the trapeze bar and fireman’s pole. It truly is great for a wide variety of ages. My husband and I can even swing comfortably. The swing set took my husband 3 hours to assemble. He said it was a very simple process. The swing set does not take up a ton of room in our yard and is more compact than some of the other swing sets lifetime offers. The swing set is very well made and will defiantly last many many years! We chose the earth tone colors and are thrilled they have color options. We love that it’s not to bright or flashy in our yard. If you are looking for a swing set I’d defiantly recommend this set! Like I said it’s simple compact and has TONS to offer!

Fun set for my family of boys!

First off, this set has already been fun for our boys ages 8-16. Boxes are large so be sure to have a truck and man power to transport. Upon ordering our set, we were provided with a youtube video, however we found we did not need the video because the instruction manual was perfect and parts were labeled correctly and set up went smoothly. We were able to get our Monkey bar adventure set up in less than 5 hours, you do need 2 people as there is some lifting involved while trying to get the pieces secured together. It is a heavy duty set and we're hopeful it will last us for quite a while. The only issues we ran into were the bolt/nuts that hold the set together were at times difficult to get to line up when under a load, so again 2 people are best. Also, there are a few black plastic plugs that fill in some holes that as we were moving parts they fell out and we were unable to find them, we will need to keep an eye on those holes to avoid wasps from making nests. Lastly, again my boys are ages 8-16 and when swinging on the swings, the legs do lift a little, not enough to make me fear the set toppling over (it's very heavy) but enough that we might add straps to secure it down to ensure it doesn't move. Overall the pros to this set out-weigh the few cons we've had so far and we are excited the weather is starting to warm up so we can get out there and use it more!!

Larger than expected. Very sturdy and heavy duty. Highly recommend it.

Fun for everyone!

We absolutely love this play set! There is an instructional video on how to assemble the swing set, but I found the instructions in the manual to be clear and easy to follow. The best part of assembly was the fact that even though they reused the same sized bolts on different portions of the swing set, it was divided into clear and concise groups to go with the parts that were being assembled. I was able to do it in a several hours. We absolutely love the colors we chose, they are bright and cheerful! We also enjoy that there are multiple swings to be able to be used at the same time and nobody has to wait.

Poor Fastener Quality

The overall set is decent for the price, with one major exception. Installation was straightforward and it is fairly sturdy. The fastener quality in this set is so poor it may be unsafe. I broke two bolts during assembly. They broke just using the cheap hex tools included with the kit so it wasn't an issue of over-torquing. A few bolts from the hardware store got the set functional but we now have exposed fasteners since the set uses custom flush-head nuts. I know someone who bought the same set recently and they had the exact same issue. Unfortunately, ours was already on-order before we knew about it.

Over priced

So I thought the material would be thicker and heavier than a small metal swing set but it's just wider pipes. You can lift one end with one hand the way you would a smaller metal swing set. It has the advantage of wider and taller pipes. Overall I would have paid $* for the height and wide pipes but $* is waaay over priced.

The monkey bar swingset is well built and sturdy. Looks great. It didn’t require as much square footage as I first thought. There is a great YouTube video with visual instruction on assembly. On the downside, I will have to enhance the anchoring system.
