The cutters are well made, were nicely packaged and shipped quickly. \nThe only problem I have is that I was sent a different heart cutter than the one shown. They had sent an email asking if they could substitute a different heart one because they were out of the one pictured, but I did not see the email. Instead of waiting for a reply (they shipped one day later) or waiting for the correct cutter to come in they just sent it. I would have cancelled the order or asked them to hold off shipping until the correct cutter came in had I seen the email in time.
