I ordered a difficult to find light lens. Purchase was easy. Delivery was quick. Fit perfectly.

The description confirms its 4 ft long, but doesn't provide the width. It's not wide enough.

I would never buy this product again. Its a terrible design, with nothing holding the lens in place, and the replacement lens, (which is extremely difficult to find) costs more than buying an entirely new lighting fixture

Very easy to break!

This information is relevant to an old style 48" two tube fluorescent fixture. The secret to installing these lenses is to insert one end first, gently flexing the sides inwards so that they pass inside the rivets holding the light fixture end cap on (instead of butting up against them), allowing you to push the lens all the way to the end of the fitting. Then work your way along the lens and tease the edges into the inside of the light fixture There will then be sufficient room at the other end to lift it inside the opposite end fitting. Once the lens is completely inside, you can ease it back along so that it sits properly in the fixture. If instructions on this method were printed on the box, it would help a lot!
