This review is about my purchasing our second Mr. Cool central heating and air 2/3 ton unit. Ingram’s Water and Air is our family’s go to business, with great seals reps and customers service that other companies should pattern themselves like. They are prompt, knowledgeable and curious ever time I call weather to purchase or technical issues. I’m not very patient myself when I’m too hot or cold and I don’t want to pay unreasonable prices for something and if I can do something to save money I’m for it. This unit I ordered it one afternoon and drive early the next morning around 250 miles to pick it up at their distribution and shipping center. I arrived a little after 8am and they heard me pull up and said, is that you David, coming to pick up your unit? I said yes it is. I said this is my second unit, I bought another unit over 6 month ago. They said we know we remember you. I signed and the loaded me up and I was head home in less them 20 minutes from pulling up. What! That’s right the whole company treated me like A friend or neighbor. I plan on returning as a customer specially when they treat me as that have. Thanks to everyone at Ingram’s Water and Air.

T721 Is The Best Thermostat for MrCool Universal System

I've tried multiple different thermostats for my MrCool Universal system and always had problems, until I came across this T721 thermostat. It's incredible! It works without fail and everyone who visits says it feels like I live inside a refrigerator, despite all of this humid and hot weather we've been having.

I definitely would buy this product again!

We bought the T721 to replace our old thermostat that was 30 years old and thus far we love it. We're sort of old fashioned and wanted something simple and easy to use and the T721 has been the perfect replacement.

It can't be programmed at all, you need keeping adjusting the temperature in order to get the auto working.

1st time I ever replaced a thermostat. Easy to install & setup! Saved about $100 from hiring a pro!!!

I would not buy again

Set the desired temperature. But the thermostat choses it's own temprature, higher or lower. 74 degrees is rarely settable. To make it worse, product literature indicates that uou must have a technician to make even the simplistic adjustments.

Excellent heat pump / AC thermostat.

This is a quality thermostat. It's not programmable, but you can calibrate it, adjust the swing, turn on "filter change" mode, etc. Simple to install- has good instructions.
