Bought this Proline hood in 2018. Stellar performance for years. Recently, the main light switch went out. Called Proline and spoke with Sarah. Even though we were way past warranty, she sent a free replacement part with no shipping charge. Fixed it myself easily. Great product, even better service.

I've had the 36" version of the PLJW 129 for about three months now. The push-button controls are straightforward, and the four-speed settings give me plenty of options. The LED lights are bright and really helpful. It's a bit pricier than some other options, but the quality makes it worth it.
