The first time I picked up this hood it was in a resealed carton, which is a HUGE WARNING. So I opened it in HD and sure enough it was dented and then re-sold to me. No warning, no price reduction, so I returned it on the spot. A week later a new one arrived perfect, and I am happy.

Product works excellent and is perfect for my 20" stove/oven i installed in the studio apartment i built to rent out to a tenant, in fact, the studio wont even be completely done until the first of january, but the first thing i already installed was this range and the stove and i already rented it out ! great product!

I love the look but had to replace the motor after 3 years. The tenant might have been abusive - not sure. However I would buy again because it looked the best of all the 24 inch vents I researched.

Very easy to get dented, I returned the first one that came totally damaged as soon I've opened the box, the second one ( the replacement) came also dented at a less degree , I was going to return it but I needed it to finish the kitchen immediately , expend a little extra money and get a better one.
