Pieces came dysfunctional and cannot be used properly
While they are lovely to look at 3 of the 4 chairs came with a dysfunction in the leg. There should be something on the leg the screw can screwed into instead there is just a hollow hole on the leg leaving the chair unable to fully secure. One chair came with the proper cutting so we know this is how it should be. We are all afraid to sit in them because we fear we will break them
Beautiful stools
Love the stools! Perfect bar height. We did have an issue with the screws for the foot rests. I sent a pic and video, and the issue was immediately resolved. I was so impressed with the customer service and quality of the products. I have already ordered a media console and cannot wait to see what other items we could use for our home.
Absolutely love these counter stools. They are comfortable, soft and durable. Took to the second chair to be able to assemble without having them be wobbly. But figured it out and all of them are standing tall and straight and not wobbly. They were the exact look I had expected. And hope that they last for years to come.
Countertop stools
These stool really did impress us. Faux leather was nice and the color was even better. Fit perfectly around our island. The weave pattern was really nice, the sturdiness of the chair was wonderful and the seat cushion was a nice fit. Would definitely purchase again
