I’d love to use my new vacuum, but the pipes were bent…and so were the replacement pipes

I did some research when buying a backpack vac. Prolux seems to have good products and reviews. However, I have yet been able to use my new vacuum.

Great Vacuum

Prolux 10 Quart Backpack vacuum is a great vacuum. Not to heavy, Aluminum housing. Strong. Comfortable. Suction is great. Hose is a little long, but, at times a longer hose is needed for vacuuming cobwebs from vaulted ceilings or under eves. Really great, very pleased. Out sucks the Hoover backpack vacuum big time.

I’ve been using the Prolux Commercial BackPack for over 6 moths at my climbing gym and it’s been superior than the others I’ve had.

The Best Vacuums Ever!

I purchased four of these for my cleaning business. It's the best vacuum ever! Easy to use, attachments are easy to change and the Suction Is Phenomenal! I purchased an oversized laundry bag to make transporting it easy to my cleaning jobs. Would have been nice to have this come with the vacuums...keeping up with the attachments was a chore before I bought this. Overall great vacuum!

Excellent machine, nice quality, powerful. I may get a power head, but the included carpet attachment does well. Love the long cord, can do the whole first floor without have to change outlets.

It could be perfect

The vacuum is a nice vacuum but the pieces are hard to attach and are loose in some places. There could be more instructions that come with it to help make it easier to get used to.

Great Machine

It has alot of attachments that come with it,but no where to conveniently keep them stored together, suggest a nice lil backpack bag to keep them all together and transport

Really good, strong vacuum

I have a cleaning company and we Mainly clean New constructions. So I need a strong, long lasting vacuum. I have been using this vacuum for about a week now and I really like it. It has great suction easy to move around and all of the attachments are great the only thing that's keeping me from giving this vacuum a 5 star is that the house keeps piping out from the wand. It doesn't happen every single time I use it but it does happen quite a bit and it can get annoying having to attach back. Other than that I'm really happy with my purchase.

First backpack vacuum

Just received this beauty today and vacuumed two large rugs and 900 sq of carpeting plus a carpeted staircase.

One Major Flaw

I ended up sending this back. On the plus side, its powerful, quiet enough, and not all that heavy when on your back (albeit I'm a male in my 30's). The problem is in the handle. The handle is awkward and very hard to control. It's very rigid and cleaning stairs was nearly impossible due to the height difference from your feet to a raised surface. Also, one of the attachments did not fit. I cant recommend this product until they address the hose design.

I’ve been using this vacuum for over a month and I love the power that this thing has packed in it. It leaves my garage and house spotless. It’s heavy duty and picks up dust and dirt with a breeze. The backpack does weigh a bit but it’s nothing than an average person cannot handle. Overall a great backpack vacuum.
