Very nice vacuum

Received quickly and put it to use right away. Works great. Had a small problem w one part and company took care of us promptly. Highly recommend.

I’m sure it’s a great vacuum, but was a little heavy for me.

I received a used product that was missing parts and did not work. A lot of fine dust came out of the hose attachment when I was removing the parts from the box. The shoulder straps were dirty. Amazed that a company would send a product out in that condition

Great vacuum for my cleaning business.

Satisfied so far

I've only had this for a month, but enjoying it so far. I purchases this for my residential cleaning business in which I was previously using an upright vacuum that was not at all suitable for the workload and did not have the maneuverability needed to get underneath furniture.

Product was in excellent condition and shipping was fast.

Amazing Vacuum

Not commercial grade

Overall, this vacuum is good for the price, but it is definitely not a commercial grade vacuum. It would be suited for residential use or a very light commercial application. The backpack style makes it fast and easy to use, and the backpack straps are very comfortable and adjust nicely. The power nozzle works great on all types of carpet and bare floors and it has a lot of accessories that work well. With the exception of the bare floor tool, the brush does not have a hole to detent into the wand so it spins around freely while you are pushing and pulling it on the floors, I remedy this by drilling a hole into the tool.

unbeatable Vacuum

I love this vacuum, it is stronger then my Rainbow vacuum! Love being able to strap on and go, picks up everything in its path! Would rather have the hose connect on the bottom instead of the top to help with mobility but thats a small inconvenience. I would

Power brush head

I have this exact vacuum. I was vacuuming the house and the vacuum head sounded like something was stuck. So I took the face off and the locking mechanism that holds the brush off and when I took it off I realized that it looked stripped/plastic was broken and that's why it sounded like something was stuck. The brush had fell off on the side that has the turn lock and now won't stay on.. looking to get a replacement part but not sure where to look for it.

Professional, lightweight, POWERFUL

I will preface by saying that I rarely leave reviews or products, however, this vacuum cleaner is the best machine ever. If you are looking for a lightweight, backpack, vacuum, that is extremely powerful this is the one. I own a house cleaning company and clean upwards of 10 houses a day, and this is by far the best vacuum that I have found. To start I don’t know how it just collects so much fine dust- I will finish cleaning a seemingly clean house and my the time I leave the container(and filter) will be full of very fine light brown dust like baking powder consistency, a level of deep cleaning that no other vacuum has ever acheived for me. I have tried many canister vacuums from Miele and backpack vacuums from pro team and comfort pro but none close to the level of this vacuum. Other backpack vacuums are heavy and they are not as absorbent. I have found others absorb, bigger pieces of debris, but not this find dust that I’m telling you about. We’re also surprises me about this vacuum is the fact that is it is so light weight! My daughter and I are 5’4 women and this is perfect for us, we had tried other backpack vacuums, because we were tired of rolling around the canisters, but the other ones were too heavy. What really made this is the best vacuum for me was the fact that it has the great carpet attachment, veryyy similar to the Miele premium C3 carpet vacuum attachment, which costs $300 alone.

Love the bagless backpack vaccum, 1 issue!

I love the suction on the backpack vaccum and the attachments. I live I no longer have to clean a cloth bag after clean, just rinse out the canister and wait for it to dry. My only complaint is I am 5'2 and the 5ft hose is just completely unnecessary. It's so long and awkward and gets caught on everything even my hair. It's a nightmare.

Vacuum online Purchase Disappointment

The vacuum looked used when I got it and it was thrown all over the place in the box with no protection and scratches on it. I desperately needed the vacuum and my husband and I did not want to return it, because it would be too much trouble and waiting for an another one. I will never order from the Lowes Home Improvement Store again. Not a good experience for us.

Best vacuum ever!

Not only is this THE best vacuum ever, but being able to wear it as a backpack and have it not hit me in the back of the heels is a definite bonus! It has great suction power, and is so comfortable to wear and use!

This vacuum works well, the power nozzle is awesome. The vacuum is a huge mess to empty and clean up, I kind of wish I had bought the bagged model instead of the bagless.

Needs Better Filter

Overall, this is a nice little vacuum; well built, easy to use, and parts seem like they will last. Suction power starts out ok, not great, but given the hose length, it works well for picking up debris. After about ~25 minutes, suction has noticeably decreased. Within ~35 minutes, top filter is clogged and will need to be cleaned. I can only vacuum a fairly clean 50'x25' room before the filter needs cleaning. with the vacuum no where near full. The top filter is in a bad location and way too small. To clean it, you have to also clean the top of the dirt container. After cleaning the room above, I still have another 7,000 square feet to go meaning will have to clean the filter 6 times. While this may be built for commercial use, its a very inefficient vacuum to use. I can also find no replacements for the top filter. I would like to have some extra clean ones ready to go.
