This is a DANGEROUS product.

You can kneel and place an elbow on the floor and not feel a thing on these mats. These are a dream for my fitness work, especially anytime I’m lying on the ground. They’re also lightweight and easy to snap together, making installation simple. The 3/4 inch size makes them very cushioned, so my feet aren’t as stable when standing. If you need that extra stability I’d suggest using 1/2 inch. Either way, mats provide a spring and resilience that’s like a giant sneaker. Highly recommend.

Superb quality, function, and durability

The 24" square interlocking 3/4-inch mats are perfect to protect flooring, and provides insulation and cushioning while standing on concrete flooring. This product was first purchased in 2011 to cover hard-surface floors for toddler's physical therapy and playtimes. They are perfect for exercise purposes. I use them to insulate and cushion the garage floor while standing and working in the painting studio. I highly recommend these for their superb quality, durability, and configurability.

I won't recommend this product as I installed this for my 1 yr old daughter to play around in the open space. I bought 9 units of this product.

Due to COVID, several neighbors had to abandon their gym-workouts. So, we developed an at-home, outdoor, social-distanced Pilates “studio” about a year ago. We’ve so enjoyed the outdoor comraderies that we are continuing our regimen and recently upgraded our mats, trying both the ½” and ¾” versions offered by ProSourceFit. The thinner works well with a yoga-mat as a “topper”, the thicker mat works well on its own. It’s a personal preference (and a nice option!) to have smooth side or no-slip patterned side up. And, it’s reassuring to have high quality, non-toxic, cushy materials underneath! These promise to last longer than we will… they come with a lifetime warranty!

I got these pads hoping to cut kayak seat cushions out of them. When I sat on them, I realized that they would not be suitable for that. What feels soft underfoot or exercising is not soft enough to sit on for a long time. They are actually nice and squishy underfoot, and will make excellent exercise mats. Given the size, you could make one large pad of 4x6 feet or two smaller ones of 2x6 feet, but there is only enough edge for the former. Easy enough to cut the teeth off the edges with a razor knife if you want. The extra thickness is noticeable compared to a thinner mat. I found no flaws in the material, it should stand up well to having a dumbell dropped on it now and then. I would recomment something thinner for the garage or workshop.

I laid the prosource extra thick exercise puzzle mat in my workout room. We recently installed new hardwoods so this was a much needed item for the hard surface if I want to do yoga in there. These are a foam type material. They are soft and dense, and not springy. I use these to stretch and feel comfortable doing so on them. Install was easy. They linked together easily and stay together. It is a nice thick mat on the ground. I like how I can leave them in place and not roll out my mat each time. While exercising, they did not come apart. My only complaint with them is that the sides reflect light differently so when I put them together the blues can look slightly different. I think I am being extremely picky with this fact though.

This comes in a lightweight box. Easy to take out of box. It's a really pretty blue color. It has anti-slip texture. It was easy to put together. You can remove the borders as needed to make pieces go together. It's nice and soft to step on or lay on. If you have cats though, they will claw it up. We didn't even have it an hour before the cat clawed every single piece of it. Luckily it did hold up pretty good so we were able to get it sprayed with a cat repellent without any pieces coming out of the foam. You can't really see the marks unless the light hits it a certain way. I like that we can add more pieces to it as needed to make it bigger. My husband wants to get more so he can put these under his exercise equipment in case he drops a weight so it doesn't break the concrete floor in the garage.

The PROSOURCEFIT THICK EXERCISE PUZZLE MAT BLUE 24 IN. X 24 IN. X 0.75 IN. EVA FOAM INTERLOCKING ANTI-FATIGUE (6-PACK) (24 SQ. FT.) are a must for working out. I wanted these mats for our home gym because they will help cushion my knees when working out. My workouts primarily consist of yoga, balance ball, dumbbells and bands. These mats are great for dampening the impact of my knees when I’m doing certain exercises. Very easy to install, there are two different trim edges so when you’re putting all 6 of them together just switch out the two middle ones so they interlock correctly. This is explained in the directions that are included. These mats are also very modular and can be expanded to accommodate larger/commercial gyms with ease. I have not had any issues with them separating, however if they do, use strong tape on the underside and that will help. These would be great for using while camping for protection from dampness and comfort under sleeping bags. I anticipate getting more of these so I can fill up my entire gym as I purchase more equipment. They are very easy to clean, just sweep and damp mop them. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to build a home gym!

The puzzle mat is a great underlayment for my morning stretches. It provides a bit of cushion compared to just laying on the floor and stretching. The kit includes 6 square pieces and 12 edges. I have it setup as a 2x3 piece configuration which results in a mat that is 6’ x 4.5’. The mat is setup on LVP flooring, and it does not slide whatsoever, which is a problem we have with other mats. The mat is 3/4” thick and provides a bit of cushion. The pieces interlock effortlessly and easily. When you are laying on the mat, you do not notice the connection points as they seat perfectly flush with each other. Each piece weighs roughly 1lb.

I was excited when my PROSOURCEFIT EXERCISE PUZZLE MATS. This six pack of 24 X 24" by 1" thick mats are made of a EVA foam and the interlocking feature is absolutely perfect. It give me all the space I need for my Yoga exercises. 24 Square feet is a great space. They are Anti-Fatigue and offer the prefect solution to my exercise routine. The border pieces help to create a finished look to edges. I can use a few pieces or all of them for great floor coverage. These mats are great and the puzzle feature is quite fun to give me whatever area I need covered.

OUTSTANDING quality mat. This exercise mat is textured and cushioned for perfect protection while exercising in our new exercise room. We have a vinyl plank floor and this mat provides the ideal cushioning for a safe and non-slip floor. The foam is very soft and provides a perfect protection for our floor and for us while we are exercising. The 24 square feet are perfect for each of us to do our floor exercises and enjoy the comfortable space.

I have been looking for a product like this for a long time, primarily to use in my garage workshop to cushion me while standing for long periods while sanding, painting, cutting wood, etc. I had been using a kitchen mat prior and while this was good, it was not ideal. This allows me to set up a 6’x6’ square area so working around it is a snap, and the non-skid surface is a great feature. They also have some sound absorbing properties and that is also a nice bonus. The mats are light, easy to clean, and can be put together and taken apart quickly. When broken down they only have a 2’x2’ footprint, so they take up almost no storage space. What I ultimately wound up using these for was a play area for my grandson, who is just crawling and rolling and these mats (covered with a blanket in this case) cushion him when he decides to drop his head suddenly. The ability to put them down when and where I need them is great. They seem to be well made and sturdy. I am going to get another set for my garage workshop. I highly recommend this product; get the extra thick (1 in) version; well worth it.

This is a nice mat. Our entire house has porcelain tile, so a cushion is definitely required. This pad has about the right amount of cushion. Another big benefit is that this unit has no smell, like some other units I had. I didn’t time it, but I would guess I spend about 5 minutes setting it up. Ideally you will have a room in your house where you can leave it set up most of the time.

This 24 in. x 24 in. x 0.75 in. Thick Anti-Fatigue Exercise Puzzle Mat is OK. It is made of EVA Foam. It comes in a 6-pack making it 24 sq. ft. The interlocking 24 in. squares allow for easy storage as well as arranging them in different shapes/sizes. A whole room or garage workout area could easily be done with enough pieces. I very easily assembled them in a 4 ft. x 6 ft. shape to start. Then I assembled them in a 2 ft. x 8 ft. shape. This was not quite as simple (for me). The edge sequence proved to be a bit challenging (the LEGO or puzzle-building grandkids would have done much better), but finally worked out. The 0.75 in. thickness is ideal, providing good cushioning for our use. The blue color is very attractive. The material should be easy to clean. The textured surface is non-slip. While the pieces go together OK, they are not a perfect fit, especially at the corners (see photo).

The Prosourcefit thick exercise puzzle mat blue 24 in, x 24 in. x .075 eva foam interlocking anti-fatigue 6 pack (24 square feet) arrives nicely packaged and is the best exercise mat I have used to date. These mats are 3/4 inch thick and have a very nice texture. They are nicely cushioned and do not slip on concrete, hardwood or carpeted floors. They are very comfortable (cushioned) and are exceptionally large interlocking squares. They are easy to wipe down after use and to disassemble for moving to a different workout area. These mats have a LIFETIME WARRANTY. I highly recommend these mats and I look forward to expanding my workout space with additional mats.

Good thickness (3/4”) and resilient. Great floor protection; I placed my exercise bike on it and the bike was stable. I tried Step Aerobics on it by placing my body and the step both on the mat, and my step stayed in place, but you’ll need additional puzzle pieces for grapevines. It provided extra shock absorption for my knees when using it for Step Aerobics. No worries with your Velcro ankle weights on this floor, won’t snag like carpet. Placed a 30-pound kettle ball on it and it did not intent. Very comfortable to your feet when doing calf raises/heel lifts especially if you have Morton’s neuroma. Good protection for your tailbone when doing full sit-ups.

I was pleased that this foam mat had no odor. It is precision cut, textured on one side and smooth on the other. It's pretty firm. It can be configured as 4'x6', 4'x4', 2'x4', or 2'x6'. Each 2' square has 2 edge pieces that can be arranged for a smooth edge for any configuration. I got it to use as anti-fatigue flooring.
