Water spots, even with whole house water purification system

Sleek and beautiful, but even with a whole house water purification system, the handles and spout immediately spot. I was hoping with its simple and traditional look, it would also be low maintenance. Unfortunately, that is not the case, and with children and guests especially, it gets spotted after one use if don’t immediately dry it. Otherwise it’s a lovely faucet set, easy to use for all ages, and with the graceful curved neck on the faucet, it works well in coordinating all our children’s sinks in their bathrooms

New favorite manufacturer of faucets

The construction is superb and the finish is classy and does not show finger prints. I had never heard of the brand but a store employee recommended it to me knowing the features I was looking for. I couldn’t be happier.

Terrible finish

Brushed nickel finish on faucets has tarnished and looks terrible. Faucets are a year old and have always shown spots. Now one faucet is a tarnished color. Wish I never purchased them. Ruins my whole new expensive bathroom remodel.

Leaked right out of the box

Our contractor installed two in our new master bath reno. They both leaked immediately. Thankfully we noticed before there was any damage. The connector hose clips are junk. He had to refit the plumbing. Hoping they will be ok now. They are nice looking faucets but apparently not best quality!

Looks Nice But...

The faucet looks nice & was easy to install but it always looks like it has water spots. I've had other faucets in a similar brushed nickel finish where this wasn't an issue so kind of disappointed in the product...this the 3 stars.

Beautiful Faucets!

Thank you. I am very pleased with my new faucets. They go very well with my new counter top for the vanity. My only regret is that I have not found any door and drawer pulls to match. If you do have a suggestion for that, I would be extremely happy. :-)

Love faucets, but...

The faucets are lovely and when I first saw them I knew they were perfect for our bathroom. Unfortunately, every little water drop seems to hang on and create spots all over faucets. I have had many faucets, chrome, stainless and brushed and none have spotted to the degree these have. I wipe the faucets every time a family member turns on the water to avoid a dirty look. When wiped down, they look great. Never had the issue of spotting before. I will change these out at some point. Plumbing costs prohibit me from doing it right away. Its hard to see the drops without enlarging but in person its very noticeable with a backdrop of gorgeous quartz countertop.

Bathroom faucet

Attractive Faucet that runs well. I would definitely recommended having a lid ended plumber install it.
