Better than expected

It was so much better than expected! We mounted it very easily on our kitchen window and it looks beautiful. When I pulled it out of the box, I could tell it was sturdy and well made. I was so afraid it was going to be cheaply made but that was not the case!

Fantastic roman shade is completely blackout! No light seeping on the sides and minimal from the top. Both pictures were taken during daylight, but the one with light above is at noon when the sun is directly in front of that window! This window is behind a tv in our theatre room, so it was important to have no light... couldnt be happier with it!

Roman Shades

Ordered 4 of these...3 were fine and 1 was just messed up...returned to store..which is always a pleasure as the efficiency remains with Kohl's....ordered the other one online and it took a little longer to get to us...but...these things are awesome!! have only been using them less than a week or so...and so far I couldn't be more pleased...they look and function so very well.....great product...again...so far...!!!

Beautiful shade!

Does not lay flat against window

The shades/fabric is nice. The issue I have is that I cannot mount inside the frame. Mounted outside, even above the molding, the blind sticks out about 3 inches, leaving a huge gap around the window and offering no blackout at all. Guess I should have read the description better or taken better measurements. If you have deep windows or really thick molding these might work for you.

Wow, I love everything about these shades. Affordable, easy to install, great quality, black out feature, aesthetically pleasing, etc. I wish they had them in a more narrow option for my other windows!

Had to call customer service. Both times the representatives were very professional, courteous and found solutions for my little problem. My first experience with Wayfair was a very good.

These Roman shades are great for the price. The quality of the fabric is wonderful - really soft to the touch. I would definitely recommend these.

Looks and functions great!

The roman shades look pretty good, but I have concerns about the mechanism. I bought 4 in total, and one feels responsive when raising and lowering, but the others do not. They are very sluggish and it takes several tries for them to finally get the message to go up. Considering returning them and getting something better, but not sure yet.

This is a great roman shade! I'm very happy with it, it is very easy to use and assemble. The texture has such a nice hand to it and a little texture.

Absolutely Love these Roman Shades!! Such a simple but elegant window dressing.

I redecorated my bathroom all in black and white. I just didn’t know what to for a modern touch to the window. Someone suggested a Roman shade. I checked out the Wayfair website and found the perfect white shade! It makes the window look sleek and customized! Mayfair always seems to have what I need!

I ordered 4 of these blinds in the first order. 2 of them were broken. 1 didn’t stay down and 1 wouldn’t roll up. Wayfair customer service was terrible. The first time I called, the person must have been getting off-shift and disconnected me after 12 hr at exactly 7pm and said there could be no exchanges. The second customer service said I could exchange and supposedly took care of everything. After a week, I learned they only submitted for 1 blind to be exchanged. Contacted them a 3rd time (at 9pm on a Sat.) and I think the person had been drinking based on their response (or lack there of). I ended up paying 16 to return it and ordered the replacement myself because I wanted to be done with this.

These are excellent! Perfect size style is elegant! I’m very pleased! I highly recommend this shade! Blocks the sun 100. As you can see it’s perfect and 2 work here so that the air conditioning unit will be in the other window. So they can be at different lengths. They are true white matches the pain here. I love these so easy to install I did it myself with 2 recent knee replacements. If I need more darkness I can put Velcro on the sides. The windows were open so breeze let some light in. They are perfect.
